I repeat before the Angkor Wat period. For example, Phra Prang Sam Yot in "Lop buri"province Prasat Hin Phanom Rung in "Buri ram" Province of Thailand. I repeat The KHOM people are not Khmer(cambodia). The KHOM people are the ancestors of Siam. Ancient stone inscriptions in Burma called the Siamese as KHOM.

Got a chance to visit this temple last month. Simply awesome and there were many large palm trees that you can see from the entrance itself which shows the influence of tamil kings there❤️ everyone should see Atleast once and will take Atleast 2 to 3 days to explore the temple and related places fully... More than this, the guide told some astrophysics calculation regarding the reason for the temple facing west which made us mesmerized.! That would be great if Madan can make a video on those..!

In khmeer kingdom, king surya Arman II built a Vishnu temple firstly with t help of Chola king named Kulathunga cholan I ... Chola king conquered Cambodia then Surya varman II was under him & paid tax as Puppet king.. Chola king used cambodia to go to China & do their commodity.. Later to conquer near kingdoms surya varman2 urged chola king help.. After wining they were joined hands to built t Angkor vat temple quitely by Stones lik how Raja Raja cholan built Thanjai PeriyaKovil.. Cholas were smart n building such Temples & Dams.. for example Karigala cholan built Kallanai Dam near Trichy by t PPL who got losen n t war..They were set free once t Dam get constructed... They worked for nearly 16hrs per day.. Ths s wat the Cholas efficiency n construction.. They used more number of Elephants.. Later here surya varman 2 died n a war then his son got influenced by Buddhism & incorporated Buddha there .. In 12th century constructed as Vishnu Temple & in 14th Buddha was added to tat.. This s wat t history frm my search..

Been there once, like Angorwat[ MasterPiece ] there are so many small temples with mysteries like Bayon Temple. Other places to visit in Cambodia is Floating village, the scenery and sunset were pretty epic. All the streets are quiet and peaceful except for one street called "PUB STREET", where you can have fun. So, if you guys are planning a trip never miss these places.

Bro.. Even I saw this related video prior to your video but in that video it says Cholan travelled from TN to Cambodia and he captured that place.. Initially Suryavarman-II built it for Vishnu later Chola conquered and he made a statue of shiva and after several years or decades Buddishm taken over and they tried to demolish vishnu statue but they couldn't but they made buddha was the main god and vishnu and shiva statue was hided due to Buddhism...correct me if am wrong even after few decades Pallavas also started to follow Buddishm may be am wrong but wat I researched I just told.. I am Cambodian. I am so proud of our ancestors built the greatest temple on this planet due to their Hinduism belief. The major reason for the empire collapse was because of the religious revolution which turned Cambodia almost disappear from the map. I am deeply sadden and disappointed from this major change. Cambodian were close relative to Indian than one would have thought.
