I'm a big fan of clean & strip discs for removing mill scale. Interesting to hear that they use Silicon Carbide as their abrasive. Are there any brands of fibre backed discs that stay flat instead of curling up like Pringles?!

Hi Mr. Mid. You should try zec discs. Available for use with a back up pad or all in one. Sil Carb works as it's harder than the scale. Fibre discs curl as they absorb moisture from the air. Buy a disc stacker from Klingspor or Sait. Or make one from a steel disc with all thread welded to the center and a weight for on top of the discs. BC
