this is gonna be a long story but seeing scouts show up reminded me of it-- i grew up in the back woods where i would spend 10 of the 24 hours a day sitting on a lake or creek bank fishing, the only fishing i knew was calm water fishing but i always watched fishing tournament channels on tv of ocean fishing or great lakes fishing and it looked so wild to me, 5 years ago i visited japan to meet up with a friend i had made online through games, we went fishing at a breakwater in okinawa and it made me feel like i was a kid learning to fish for the first time, the most colorful fish i had ever caught b4 this was a rainbow trout yet the very first fish i caught in okinawa was a rainbow runner, the difference between inland fishing and ocean fishing is like night and day (yea ik its kinda obvious but its still wild)

Asking about seasoning the bacon? I put all my seasonings on the grill to get the seasonings soaking in the grease. Also, bacon grease is wonderful, but they make a product that seals the grill when you’re storing it. The bacon on a griddle is always good though.
