I'm sure your Cholesterol is in control but you might feel Physical fit and not actually be fit. For that just go for a run. 5 kms in under 25 mins you'll know if you actually fit or not. These diet works but if you workout too that would be even better. Our body needs Cardio, Yoga/Stretching, aerobic exercises along with diet for longevity and a healthy body.

I seriously followed this diet plan when I was suffering from urticaria, where consulted 4 allopathy doctors and they said it can take 5 to 10 years to cure it . Then I stopped taking all medicine and changed my whole lifestyle in 2021. I followed this diet for 3 months and urticaria completely gone. My day plan started from water, then vegitable juice (like carrot, ABC, Bottleguard juice etc) then in breakfast , I had to taken full plates of fruits. In lunch, I was used to take stuffed roti with 2 bowl veggies which was cooked in handi with grounded coconut, tomatoes and ginger. In evening, before 7 pm , I was used to eat boiled veggies. But I added one spoon A2 cow ghee in my diet. I still follow but only thrice in a week. Thank you satvik movement.

That somehow luckily worked for you, in some specific medical conditions you need to avoid vegetables or fruits or even juice and what not and in some cases even eating meat is better than vegetables. This diet isn't one fits all. Yes, it's true that today's doctor are almost useless but blindly following these satvik diet is also harmful even according to Ayurveda. It's better to consult someone professional or do your own research.

I'm following their 5 am challenge, as I was struggling to wake at 5 am. But omg it's change my whole life, yes the first 8 days were bad, but now I eat before 7 pm ( dinner ) I don't need alarm to wake. I'm controlling my diet and food craving as well. Hey, it would be great if you could come back and report in the next six months on how you are doing with the Satvic M diet. Because it's too soon to say your life has changed. The body clock can be altered in two weeks and that's okay no much has to do with diet and nutrition but the body is accepting something or forming a problem silently and can only be judged in 6-8 months' time.

As I'm near 30 I prefer fasting sometimes and less food at night, some of their soup receipe is excellent, Who say to follow then strictly, take what is best for you and leave other. Just get a idea about micro and macro and the amount needed for your body. Combine it with some part from their diet, add dal chal (to get complete protein all essential amino acid ) take paneer, chickpeas, chattu as protein source for iron add kismis (most important source ) dates, lots of fiber (salad ) amloki ( vit c), vit b( normal rice not basmoti ) carrot mango any yellow red fruit ( vit a ) like this. Just study and add vegetable resources and yes there are some vitamin which cannot obtain by vegetable source (like vit b12 and zinc etc) just take multivitamin. It's not like most of us get these all nutrition from our food in everyday life anyway

Ye movements ,diet workshop etc .bas sun ne ko fancy lagta hai ....My points for a better health :- 1. Eat rice with any kind of legumes /dal,because the essential amino acid which is not in the grains compensated by the Dal ,and also vice-versa .(it is scientific) 2 . Excess of everything is dangerous . Start dairy free if you want but dont miss out Curd (i mean the real curd ,neither sweetened nor processed ) 3 . Choose your oil wisely .prefer cold pressed /kachhi ghani etc . 4. Eat nuts and seeds daily in a moderate amount . 5. Intermittent fasting makes your body detox . 6. Avoid processed food . 7. If you eat non veg then also avoid excess spicy one . (I prefer fish over every thing 😂) 8. Try to balance carbs ,protein , fats and micronutrients .that's the rule . 9. Eat seasonal fruit and try to take fresh fruits/salads . 10. Be a bit slow , be relaxed ,be calm and stressfree . 11. Dont forget Water 😊...if possible try to take leuk warm water every time before meal . It works . Shut down the eating window after 8 p.m for sure . 12. Do moderate exercise /cardio/yoga . ......................... That's it .

Nature ne tel nhi diya ka kya matlab h bhai... We use oil not to enhance flavor or as an ingredient... It's mainly used to spread even heat on the vessel... Try cooking without oil, it takes longer to cook... And veggies get charred on one end and remain uncooked on the other end..

One of my friend actually followed their Satvic for more than a month. One day when had a Bajji at office, the very next day he had food poisoning and Doctor adviced him to have only curd rice for a week, where as who ate the same with him were able to digest the Bajji. The point is that , the Sathvic movement's no dairy rule erodes out the probiotic bacteria inside the stomach which is necessary for human body. Nutritious food is important, not the Fancy names

Eating vegetables doesn't make you intellectually sharper, fatty meat and fish makes that happen, vegetables are bad for you, they contain defense chemicals and oxalates which destroys gut long term, giving body aches and brain fog, which is far away from being intellectually sharp. Charaka samhita mentions there is nothing as nutritious as meat, ayurveda mentions unique and positive effects of each animal flesh, and SL Bhyrappa's book on Mahabharata mentions literally none of the characters were vegetarians, they ate all kinds of meat and enjoyed liquor. Vedic isnt always right. There is no protein in that diet and it wont show its effects immediately but slowly as you age. Just eat normally in moderation and add a few protein sources in your diet like eggs, chicken, and milk products like paneer, curd and milk itself. Dal is not a protein source, its carb source. 1 portion of cooked dal has very low amount of protein and even that is incomplete and has low bio-availability. We know more about the Human body today than sages and rishis 5000 years ago. Follow modern evidence based science.

My father in law lost all his muscles and strength following this diet. He followed it literally the same way. I felt very disturbed after observing his condition. Later he went back to his normal diet with less carbs. He started thyroid treatment. I use the recipes for detox and weight loss as it's not completely rubbish. We should know our body and modify food accordingly. Wisdom and gut feeling is enough. No need to follow anyone blindly.

Following a Satvik lifestyle has brought a tremendous change in me. I used to go to the doctor once every six months because of cold, fever, stomach issues etc. But in the last 3 years I have hardly been near a doctor. Your body is your decision. Do what's best for you. It worked for me, it may not work for you, we are all different. But the point is it did work for some. Take a chill pill . Natriyal me natural oils hote hai, similarly Nuts me natural oils hote hai. Therefore our daily does of fats should get met. Konkan region me we make most leafy vegetables without oil. But we add little grated coconut on top.

I have been satvic for almost 6 months now and my health is better then ever. I not only feel it but I also see my medical reports and there is a very significant reduction in bad cholesterol, increase in iron,vitamins, I am no longer overweight. Acne and hair fall is gone. Honestly this is the only diet that hasn't made me feeling I am depriving myself of anything and I have been able to stick to it

It's a bad diet for your long term health, not sort term due to you cutting out worse things like seed oils and sugar, eating 3 times a day, etc. if you follow sattvic det after a meat heavy diet you feel worse unless all you had been eating was the unnatural broiler chicken.

Theek hai to coconut ko ghis k daalne me problem kya hai ? Grains are way more difficult to digest as compared to vegetables that's why it is advised to eat one grain in one meal. She also advices to eat different variety of grains for different meal. इसके ऊपर कुछ प्रकाश डालिए ज्ञानी जी🙏🏽

See I also cook food in minimal oil, and I don't use much, I have liver issues, but little oil is necessary for cooking, it helps in digestion, and it also has fatty acids... waise bhi zyada yoh koi bhi cheez nuksaan krti h... wo badaam hi kyu na ho, balanced diet is very important

I am a jain and let me tell you mai toh ni follow krti but mri dadi bachpan se yae ni isse bhi strict diet follow krti h and she is strong also at the age of 85... Trust me complete yae diet toh humlog genZ sayd kabhi follow ni kr payenge but agar aap ssly 50-60% bhi Inka follow krlo na u will see changes and feel a lot more healthier.....

There is a term called "shodh ka khana" and unka toh khana bhi alag bnta h and wahi bnati h kapde change krk.. maine example dia I am not comparing just saying ki at first detox yourself and uske bad jitna ho skta h utna cutout krdo junks ko... Dekha jaay toh fast foods, biryani wagehra jitne bhi taste ke liye log khate hain saare ayurved ke siddhanto ke against hain. Dahi ko kabhi heat nhi karna chahiye lekin tandoori dishes me marinade ko bina dahi ke nhi bana sakte. Meat aur dairy products ko mix nhi karna chahiye.

Sir I really think satvic movement is doing a great job... Nd there is difference between grains and vegetable. Grains took longer to digest than vegetables, so that's why their diet says to have grain one time in a day....

@@nw3877 Right. Ayurveda also recommends different types of meat and alcohol and their usage as per different body types. Also different jatis(castes) had different food habits as per their daily work in old days. So you need a diet as per you body type and work.

I have endometriosis cyst in my ovary , maine inki diet follow ki 2 -3months k lie , with in 3 months I lost 10 kgs bcoz of their unbalanced diet , now underweight. Also meri endometriosis cyst thik hone k jagah badh gyi thi , mujhe 1% ka v fayda nhi hua inki diet se . Ab ye diet chor k mujhe 4-5 months ho chuke hai but still not able to gain weight , 1 kg weight bhi nhi badh rha ab to . Upar se ab main apni normal pehle wali diet bhi nhi kha pati hu bcoz of severe indigestion. Kyuki meri body ko kam khana ( no dal, no oil, only 1 time cooked food , 2 times only salad or fruits) khane ki habbit lag gyi . Ye diet overweight logon k liye thik hai jinko apna weight kam karna hai but jo pehle se hi normal weight me hai unke lie bilkul sahi nhi hai ye diet .

This doctor is surely a kid and is following the modern approach of nutrition, which is good nit denying.. but Satvik food has been around for centuries, your one video and 4 years of college cannot negate that
