People lose patience if they're waiting for almost half an hour to get fuel and getting late for work. Plus, that old man is probably even retired, he doesn't have anywhere immediate to go. As for the moto guy and probably a lot more in queue are early morning office folks, so they have to reach early. Had it been someone with a more immediate task at hand it's still understandable, but that's not the case here.

All four of mine are gone and have been for over five years and I’ve only needed to air them up only a handful of times and I drive over 70 miles a day. Reread my first comment. All the info is there. There has to be a puncture and pressure going into the tube and tire to make air come out of the tire such as the gauge and filling it with air. It doesn’t deflate immediately. It will overtime though.

To deflate that with the cap he'd have to take the cap off, turn it around and put it back on and hold it while sitting on his bike but he just went to unscrew them. As I said, your tire isn't going to go flat because of that.
