The guy deserved the ticket and insurance fault for causing the accident via brake check. It's also true that if, instead of that, the accident had occurred while you were merging, you'd have been at fault. He was certainly the bigger asshole here, but you weren't a great driver, either.

I agree both of you are not great drivers. Being patient and just merging after the guy passed you would have probably been a better option then cutting and pissing the other dude off. I also agree the dude should have let it go as well and just talked about it later with their friends

@@trademarkroofing8398 BOTH drivers were weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, and more than likely speeding. If you don't call that reckless I'm not sure what is. If they want to constantly be racing with everyone then they need to save it for the track not put innocent lives at risk

Your merge was terrible, you didn't even accelerate. You weren't going 75. You literally let off your brakes to roll through the vehicle, intentionally rear-ending them. I don't believe a single thing you captioned in the video. Learn how to drive.

Yeah, that's fine. The guy thought I cut him off, even though he sped up after I turned on my blinker. If he had not tried to prevent me from changing lanes, he wouldn't have been cut off. I didn't even know he was mad. People think they can use their car as a weapon, this one paid for it. There was NO reason to take that kind of action because he was cut off, ridiculous.

It's a Thinkware F800pro. I will say, it's 6 years old though. The stabilization is crazy good.
