Your not an animal lover if you only love the furry ones. I have a pet hedgehog and one of my pet peeves is when people ask "Don't those spikes shoot at you?", or "Don't those spikes hurt?" 1. They are called quills not 'spikes' 2. The quills don't shoot out. 3. No they don't hurt it's a small pinch at the most and that's when she introduced to new things and people.
