Evan was not only a bodybuilder that I aspired to be, but a man as well. He inspired me during my darkest days. I’m forever grateful to someone I’ve never met. Thanks, Evan.

Just a genuinely good dude. Most down to earth pro there is. The guy you’d wanna be friends with. His videos , I’ve watched for over 10 yrs. So relaxing, and learned so much. Learned how to cook for myself, which turned out useful in general not just for training. Evan always does things the right way.

Great video, Evan is the best. I always laugh at his commentary of himself, dude was an absolute monster. I really think he is a funny dude. Respect big dog!

Love the long format on this video. Saw this pop up on Instagram & had to instantly find the full version, haha. Makes me miss how longer vids were more the norm versus making content for insta/tiktok. I need stuff to watch while eating!! 😆😆😆 1 minute reels/vids ain't gonna do it

"This weird company backstage that'd film ya." Say less Evan. I remember these sample clips that'd pop-up on KZbin where you could buy the whole video. They now seem creepier than ever. Your career has been so enjoyable to follow Evan. One of the great physiques and one of the nicest dudes in the game.

I remember back in the day, on the FORVM, the old Animal online forum, I left a comment for Evan asking how he was staying so lean several weeks after his Arnold win. He just said, "I'm not eating shit food. Just added some carbs to the same prep diet." That right there was a light bulb moment. Everything that works is pretty simple...but simple doesn't mean easy. Evan won't remember that comment, but it was one of those little things I'll never forget.

I remember watching a KZbin video of Evan training in Venice (?) and he had an apple mid-workout. The comment section was going crazy over that apple and everyone was pondering why he's having a sour Granny Smith during workout.
