I remember about three months ago that huge on a hundred with Evan was released. And a few people suggested in the comments section that we would like to see Frank do one aswell just like the big on fifty videos were. Animal replied starting they would try to get Frank in on it next time he was in town. Now here we are. To me that's phenomenal that a company would listen and cater to their fans in such a way. Thanks a ton animal for listening... And for choosing your athletes the way you do. Almost everyone I find an athlete whom I think is genuine person on top of being extremely physically talented they end up being with animal or universal. If all my favourite baseball players and football players were with adidas... You bet your ass I'd have myself a lot of adidas gear. Thanks again animal.

Animal I agree, it is quite interesting to see the entire lifestyle, very enjoyable, and people like to see a global vision of bodybuilding. Training, eating, preparing foods, the social life of a bodybuilder. To sum up, how a bodybuilder lives and with vids like this, people can have a good approach. So, thanks, Animal ;)

After jason does his big on a budget.... I think the next installment should not be based on any budget but rather what each individual preference as pre contest or off season. Seeing the differences in the pros meals as well as prices will bring a new excitement to the already awsome budget videos. Just a thought. Also maybe even throwing in guys like Garrett or some of the other powerlifters.

Animal You said it! Fast food is so inexpensive in comparison to real food. Nutritious food is what kids need to get and instead they get Junk. The last video "Big on a budget" was really helpful, I managed to replicate the same menu Minus mini cakes or Diet coke for relatively the same price. You should Make more videos like that with Frank "Wrath" McGrath! My favorite bodybuilder of all times.
