Don't understand all those comments about facial expression and stuff. I think it's absolutely cool to look concentrated, especially with this kind of music. Shows that someone takes it seriously. And it's not so important at all - it's about music, isn't it? I like that cover. Played with groove, all those ghostnotes are tasty as hell, well done!

this is how future generations progress music, the student makes it looks easier then when the master plays it

pretty sure progression would be when the student is able to create a song of the same magnitude of musicality. emulation is just emulation.
@EckosamaGhostTsushima3 жыл бұрын
@@Rastasandrainbows just emulation JUST? lol
@geoffcasias93673 жыл бұрын
@@Rastasandrainbows calm down. this is the first step of the process, duh. Learning technique, song structure etc. When she is ready to right her own song I'm sure it will be just as epic. are you progressing music or just imitating too?
@tylerfarrow25063 жыл бұрын
Yes and no, watching percussion and playing percussion since a young age there is a couple things the master is better at 1:15 to 1:20 was not great transitions between cymbals and flow. I'm not docking the performance as a whole, but that's a slap to a drummer who is much more talented than just this song. Garstka is better than just good.

As one of my favorite AAL songs and a drummer, you helped me understand the groove of this song more so than the million times I’ve listened to it. Even after watching my favorite drummer Luke Holland play it I couldn’t figure it out. I think the pressure of your ghost notes helped bring out the dynamics of the snare rather than them being light and airy like they’re suppose to be. In the actual AAL track you can barely hear them because of how mixed down the track is. Thank you for the clarification. I realized the ghost notes is like a choppy rhythm which is keeping the groove driving this song. 😎🤙🏼
