I was coming home on a very dark gravel road, and I saw a little possum that had been hit by a car. I stopped, and I wrapped it in a towel and sat down in the driver seat to hold it, and it looked at me and it laid his little head on my chest.. I just cried and cried, and he quietly passed away.. I would never forget that moment in time.
