If you're in an area with a lot of sadness and deprivation, it's easy to not notice. I've been in war ravaged countries where people just walk by the suffering and the starving because there is just too much and people have to fend for themselves. Sadly, that assumption comes from a position of comfort and privilege. If we live in a comfortable and safe/stable nation, then we have no excuse. But if the humans themselves are on the verge of starving themselves, people will prioritize their own lives, which makes perfect sense.

Every dog is a special soul. They love with all their heart ❤️ double amount returned. If I had seen that dog I would of gave him food and water immediately. I would gladly have shared all my meals with that poor thing. How could people walk around a dying starving dog, who's passing out and not want to help? 😢 The poor thing was probably too weak to cry. I'm so glad he found his angel who saved his life and he's looking so healthy and happy now. Probably just in time too. Think his last breathes were coming in a moment's notice. Prayers were answered.
