The puppy's owner is a liar, he left the twitching puppy to us and left in a hurry

The puppy's owner brought her to us and asked for help. He talked a lot about his situation and asked us to help him.
We did not suspect anything and quickly took the puppy to the hospital to be examined and find out the reason why the puppy could not walk and that was when we found out the truth.
We let it all go and welcomed the happiness when the dog became healthier and she was ready for a new, better life.

Don't wonder how the owner sleeps. He's already made it very clear that he had no regard for the puppy. His actions speak louder than words. He did not even bother to answer his phone. One can only hope that he will now be condemned to have to pay for the cost of the entire treatment and possibly face some criminal charges of felony animal neglect. Of course the only thing THAT would possibly accomplish is that he would not drop a sick puppy off next time but let that poor thing rot on the side of the road somewhere (IF there is a next time - who knows?). It looks to me as though this was in Russia. Not sure how the laws work there regarding animals. It does break one's heart to see this.

it was obvious that there was something had to do with brain area considering how her left eye looks. not normal. if she has been that way for months, i suggest you go after the owner and charge them for neglect, get the cops involved they will get to the bottom of it. thank goodness angels like you guys can help...so glad the owner will face what he/she done, i hope they will pay the cost of what it took for this baby had to go through. bless your hearts
