@@susannesteinbock1639 I’m not really a cat person, but I seem to have acquired four feral cats that I started to feed and now they seem to have just stayed 😂 Along with the six dogs I already have. They aren’t good bed fellows. But what I meant with my original comment was, we, as human beings could learn so much from dogs about true devotion and love and the ability to come back from adversity. Dogs are wonderful at doing that.

It makes me sad when a foster parent finds a dog a forever home, but I know it’s necessary. Without foster homes, no new dogs would be rescued. So, thank you to all of the foster homes. You save so many lives. This story especially touched my heart.

Oohh I love this beautiful woman. She has kind heart. I love the fact that she has already given him name even though he had never allowed her touching him. You could see the fear in Jake's eyes and you could hear the fear in his hollow-sounding bark. He was definitely afraid, but he was not a truly aggressive case. This woman (sorry, I couldn't find her name) showed great intelligence when she utilized her own dogs to try to further communicate to Jake that she could be trusted and meant him well! ❤ Great job!!! 🙂

He looks like a Keeshond- we have had this breed for very long 30 years. Very intelligent, friendly, loving and family oriented breed. Hurts my heart to see a dog being traumatized by past abuse and neglect. So happy you rescued him and he found his forever home. God Bless you!
