You can use instance indices to delete whole characters to get rid of the "dot on i treated separately" problem. Really nice video btw :)

How do you colour geometry node texts ? I have gone into Shading and added color ramp node in material but no change.

add a set material node at the end of the geometry node tree :)

This was a great tutorial if you wanted to make more videos a great follow up one would be how to texture and export as no matter what the settings I can't figure out how to export it into something usable. Then again brand new at blender

You can use any font you have installed as far as I know

yes, you can change the font on the string to curves node :)

It's better to use String Slice node now, much easier for animation, for example

@@PeteStueve Hi. Every piece of geometry uses internal information about its meshes. This information allows the geometry to understand how it should interact with the surrounding environment. For example, normals define the orientation of faces and vertices. With this information, the geometry can use internal calculations to determine how light interacts with the surface, creating effects like brightness and shadows.
