in Nascar (which is basically what cars' racing scenes are based on), this behaviour would likely get the driver punished and fined, but not in a legal manner. though criminal charges can be brought against him, in the first instance, it could be seen as intentional and accidental so the worst he'd get would actually be disqualification from the tie breaker race. In the tie breaker race however, criminal charges are possible, but chances are it would just get him banned from racing permanently

Auto’s case has me conflicted. Granted, yes he is indeed acting upon these actions of his own, but then again he is a machine that was programmed to follow orders and all protocols implanted into him by his manufacturer. Plus I can’t recall him directly attacking any of the humans, so he is also obeying the 3 laws of robotics. Yes, the Captain gave him orders to stand down, but Auto was also given orders by the CEO of Buy ‘N Large, who owned the Axiom and by proxy hired the Captain. Therefore the CEO’s order to not return to Earth with Order A113 overrules any order given by the Captain that would not pertain to following said Order. Unless I’m missing something aside from the fact that clearly this video is made just for fun and I shouldn’t have to delve in this deep. lol 😅 Edit: I forgot that Auto does in fact whip out his taser and charges at the Captain with intent to use it on him. So yeah this would omit the “Following 3 Laws of Robotics” statement I mentioned. But then again he could just be doing this so as to continue following the orders given by the CEO. 🤷‍♂️

Since Wall-E and Eva are machines themselves, murder would not be the charge in that case since Robots don't have organs to keep them bound to nature or physics laws, that will allow no gravity to pull them apart or absence of oxygen to make them suffer or the coldness of space to make them freeze to death, but if they were being thrown into an incinerator or a trash compactor, that would count as murder for robots.

Since Ernesto was already dead before we met him, he doesn't merely face death, but a double death which he gets at the end of the movie. Double death does count in Hector's situation since winding up in the land of the forgotten is a place of Double death and that is what Ernesto should be charged with.

One quick question for someone more versed in the art of laws. In Zurgs last case of Assault as the final clip at 30:00. Does that really count as assault? The impact was due to the recoil of the explosion that Buzz himself caused, and he understood that it would blow up, so it shouldn’t be assault under Zurgs name as it wasn’t technically his fault for the impact.

Well; technically, superheroes don't usually really count as authority, but since they are monitored by the government in the Incredibles universe, I would think Bomb Voyage 's escaping arrest charge sort of does count in this case. Most Heroes from the DC multiverse universe are very much not under payroll or authoritative jurisdiction for criminal escape or resistance charges on most versions of DC Earth prime, including Earth Prime itself. It would be illegal to mail explosive messages if Syndrome wasn't authorized for such espionage, but there are theories suggesting that he was approved by the government to build is inventions and use whatever means he needed to get the job done and so, this little detail would be tricky to be not dismissed at that point in the movie, it was only after Syndrome's downfall that he was vilified for his actions and would be declared a liability for mass destruction if it weren't for his ironic death.

Ming Lee sentenced 4 years in prison Turning Red is set in 2002 She would be out of prison in 2006 Meilin Lee would be 17 at the time her mom comes out (she would be in high school and would likely to only see her mom after prison for 1 year because when she is 18 in 2007, she would move out to college or university at the time)
