Really enjoyed this season, it was CHOCK full of memorable moments, world building, especially towards the end and of course tons of character growth. I loved seeing Iruma slowly becoming a true hero as well and a natural progression towards becoming the demon king. Let me know what you thought!

Whats your next project do you think? I am hoping for something like Uncle from Another World. At least I do not remember you doing that one yet. One of my fav comedy of the past year that has been struck down by Hiatus fever. Multiple long breaks as crew boycotts their treatment if I remember right. That or Netflix Hell MKII. Point being I think of it as needing more recognition so future seasons and maybe a new studio can come out of Season 1's horrifying treatment. That being said The other one I am waiting to see is a cover of Handyman Saito. An Isekai Comedy with a serious story running in the background while the foreground keeps it light. But its current season and I am not sure when that ends. I do not envy your voters anime has to many shows I want to see you cover and I can think of at least 5 anime from way back when I would love to see you cover just to introduce people to them. Top of that list is Zatch Bell one of the most criminally underrated series I can think of.

The way that Iruma-kun manages it's secondary characters is absolutely spectacular. So many series with big casts create secondary cahracters only to fluff it up, because they feel like they need more characters, but end not using them at all aside from jokes on the side or a single small characters moment. Examples of this would be Fairy Tails, Naruto, My Hero Academia... Here, in Iruma-kun, every cahracter not only has a single big moment, but various, with constante development being made for each of them. And they CONSTANTLY affect the story in interesting ways. In this arc we had Kerori, Kamui, Elizabetha, and Clara form a team to take down the castle and pseudo-country built by Agares and Gaap. This had NOTHING to do with what Iruma was doing nor affected him and the big story in any way, but the author simply did it because they are important characters, so they should be doing their own thing. This is a constant that will continue happening through the entire series. The other members of the Class will continue making groups, developing their own situations and stories, and grow as characters. Of course, I'm not 100% happy with how it used some of them, but in the end I can't really complain, it's simply that I would ahve liked some cahracter so be taken in a slightly different direction XD. THe way Iruma-kun treats it's entire cast instead of focusing only on the protagonist is something taht every story that decides to have a big cast of characters should follow.

I legit cant think of a single bad thing to say about Harvest Festival Arc, its so damn good! Every character in this not so small cast gets their time to shine, and Iruma as the MC gets some S Tier character development! With that said, Jazz and Allocer are my MVPs of this exam, what an abolute duo of Madlads! The reveal of their plan was just the biggest plot twist for me in this arc and it was pure hype in the anime! And things dont end there because the post arc stuff is amazing too! Students celebrating, teachers having their own afterparty and even Iruma visiting his bro Lied to celebrate with him! I cant describe how much I laughed at Iruma's line about Lied actually being a little brother. I cant say its the funniest joke ever but just his blank face and deadpan delivery is something that always kills me. Ameri x Iruma continues to be just the greatest and most wholesome ship to ever exist and 2 of them cooking was beyond adorable, plus Ameri giving cookies to Iruma is some next level shit! Cant wait for the Season 4 announcment and Music Festival/Purson greatness!

And to make it better, in other series where side cahracters can shine, they do ti simply by doing the only thing they can do. They are given a VERY specific task they have to complete, so it's about them being able to do it or not, there isn't much on their part aside from using their powers as they should be used under the circumstances. In the Harvest Festival, the goal is simple but very open: Collect Points. How they collect those points, is ultimately up to them. So, we get those that do it the straigthforward way like Azz Azz and Sabnock, simply going and hunting big prey for their points. But then we have the rest of the cast going about it on their own ways, that in some cases have nothing to do with the abilities, they simply decided to do it that way. Jazz and Allocer scam and steal other students for their points, Kerori and Kamui create a kingdom of beasts to pay them tribute, Elizabetha and Clara charm students and beasts alike into submission for their points, Gaap and Agares become Feudal Lords guaranteeing safety in their castle in exhange of paying them taxes... And of course, Iruma and Lied going for the Legend Leaf. They all decided to act on their own in this arc, they were given a very open ended objective and they all approached it in different and fantastic ways. Damn, Kerori even went above and beyond and decided taht the nice little castle Gaap and Agares built would have lots of points BEGGGING to be stolen, so she and Kamui formed an allience with Elizabetha and Clara to take down that castle. It had NOTHING to do with the big story nor affected Iruma in any way, the author simply made her do it because the side characters are also aiming for the top, so he has all characters have Protagonist-Level moments of thinking outside the box and doing their absolute best to achieve victory. This author is a frigging legend XD.

I loved this season so much! especially the reveal of Purson at the end as he is always slightly present in backgrounds and even the season 2 ending! if you look closely at the parts where the class is dancing toghether you can spot Purson disappearing and reappearing over and over again! // having read the manga I can also say that this anime stays so true to its source material that it makes me exited for the next season AND even going back yet again and rewatching the whole anime as you notice more and more details with every time you watch it! - exxample: I have a friend who did not even notice that Purson was even part of the anime, I told them that he is somewhat almost always there and now they are watching all of Iruma again just so they can play "Spot Purson" with themself... This show is just one of the best animation & story wise, forshadowing so much almost always!

I like to say to others that they should remember what Sullivan said at the end of season 2 - that it will only get more exiting and more turbulant from here on out! The first half of the term meaning everything up to sseason 2's ending was just the introduction... -- AKA perfectly introducing us to the main cast and touching on the lore just enough to make us familiar with it and then dropping us into all about that demon world (°v°)/

Hell yeah, Season 3 got those 400 Wins. And it's so deserving of it too, even though some might say that this season wasn't as packed with comedy than the 2 first ones, it really emphasized such an important growth from the Misfits. I also am pretty impressed with how close the anime is to the manga, I really haven't seen much difference between the two and it's perfect cause more Iruma is the better Iruma. Also, finally Best Character Purson Soi will have is moment to shine in the Music Festival. It is the arc I prefer so far and I wonder if it won't be the hardest to animate with all the songs, choreography and Purson's personality that might be a bit difficult to animate ( especially for his.... "extrenticies", let's leave it at that to not reveal too much )

This series shows that character driven stories can be just as impactful as more world building ones are. We need characters to change so it makes it worthwhile to keep watching them, even more static people like Clara still do subtlety change, slowly but steadily. Even though I have read the manga, watching the anime adds more with voices, music and moving effects. Love this and I'm glad you do too

And unlike other stories of the genre, they don't expect students to learn their techniques and magics on their own and things like that. In others like My Hero Academia, they don't really teach anything to the students, and in others they barely teach the basics. All the characters in those stories end learning everything on their own. You don't see, for example, in My Hero Academia an Aizawa seating down with Mina Ashido and going on about her Quirk, he using his experience as a Hero that has fought hundreds of Villains with different Quirks to give her ideas of how to use her own Quirk, the dangers it has and how to use it safely, etc. Every single character that has a minimum amount of strength learns EVERYTHING on their own, be that getting powers from an outside source like a magicla artifact, magic passed down on their family, a fighting style taught to them by a sage in the mountain, and then learning how to push them forward on their own. Iruma-kun may be the only story where the students are taught in Class the skills and powers that ultimately will lead them to success. Even if they all have Bloodline Abilities, they still use what they learn in Class a lot.

Orobas has both the tail, and mane of a horse too, makes him really stand out and shows how someone like Iruma can still easily blend in despite his non sharp ears and lack of horns.

So here are three wins I think you missed for this season as a whole. 1: Kalego's clipboard about everyone's training has him checking off every including a line that is entirely empty for Soi that might have just looked like a mistake but is just consistently keeping this last classmate of theirs in mind and also is some amazing foreshadowing! 2: Kirio's reaction to finding out Iruma is a human. Just... God damn I can't wait to see what happens next! 3: Iruma and Amuriliys's talk. That scene is just great with the message that it gives in general but also shows that to some degree demons aren't entirely different from humans. Sure they are in some ways but then there are others where they're extremely similar. Man season 4 is gonna be great. SO ANNOUNCE IT ALREADY PLEASE! I AM STRUGGLING TO NOT GO AND READ THE MANGA BECAUSE I NEED MORE IRUMA AND CREW!

I think my favorite part of the harvest festival is that basically every single interactiong and joke leads up to the magic leaf, clara absorbin the mana, Jazz getting disquialified, the teachers trolling on Lead about the value of the pot, EVERYTHING is cleverly crafted and connected to achieve the victory.

I Love Love Love how the author is coming back to, sometimes very old stuff, again and again! And he isn't afraid of taking something out of the story for a long time, like irumean or idol Iruma, either! - This just adds so much realism, and those moments feel soo much more impactfull when they do actually happen! What I really loved about this whole show is how teachers are serious, protective and supportive to their students. They are not just there, they feel real, they love their students and very proud of them. Unlike in another shows where adults and teachers are just decorations.

39:33 also want to add that its a great move to also show us the difference between noble families, who live in their castles and regular ones, who lives just like us. Also here is a smart move from the author just how the noble families differ each other in how they act: Alice (before meeting Iruma he was a typical rich boy, but now only his rich clothes are telling that he is a member of a noble family) Sabnock (if you would see him in person there is no way you would tell that he is from noble family just based on which clothes he prefers, but he actually is! He prefers not to stand out by his look and makes actions speaks for him more than anything else) Iruma (doesnt want to stand out in any way, but thanks for grandma and other things he does :D)

Without saying too much, Amery fans are in for a treat. I love how even infrastructure that somewhat resembles human world stuff, like apartment buildings, still has that demonic aesthetic and manages to avoid being generic.

Iruma-kun (the show, not the character) is a... decent anime. But it's a GREAT adaptation. The animation itself isn't as fluid, or actiony, or sakuga as the hyper-popular shows. But it's colourful, memorable, and charming, and does all the animation it needs to do to bring the manga pages to life. There are arguments for and against anime straying too far from or being too loyal to the source. Househusband, Demon Slayer, CSM, JoJo, and so on show tons of different sides of the argument. But I think this show does its job well.

This arc is nice in that it shows that while Iruma is in a far better place now, the conditioning his parents put him through is still very strong, and will come out if there are triggers. It's rather realistic, though it also does help us see just how much Iruma has come, in addition to everyone else. Oh you are likely going to enjoy the Music Festival Arc, and have a few Kawaii Elizabetta wins. Honestly, the arc itself, as a whole, is very heartwarming. Can't wait for it and your videos (if you are able to).

I fucking hope this series, turns into like the old classic that I love. [Katekyo Hitman Reborn!] Anime. Where eventually, their 2 types of split personality merge and become one. So Iruma's own normal self merging with his Wicked Self, would be amazing. I hope that would be the case because it would make the two types of their personality, finally merge to become his true self, where he doesn't lack confidence, but still himself, would be a great character development to see. As he wouldn't have hesitated, but still intact with his human side, confident as his own Wicked Self, caring like his normal self. Strong just like both of those sides in terms of charisma, it would make Iruma a great leader and people who would want to follow. One that really inspires others and is really confident in himself and in others. He'd lead the next Demon King in a very different way, as both of himself.

I read all the comments so as not to repeat a piece of information, but I was surprised that they are all positive and expectant, like a good community. I really appreciate all the effort to make this video, you are the only channel that takes the time in Iruma. I've seen the anime in japanese, english and spanish, it's my comfort anime and it's fun to play find purson, I've also read the manga several times, it's my favorite. The author seems to have it all figured out, the growth of her individual characters is the best, and each passing arc only makes you enjoy it more. To finish these 3 seasons are the end of the introduction to the main story of Iru, I highly recommend that you read the manga, the current arc will be a change for the entire netherworld.

Ahhhhh, I can't believe this is out already! Gosh there's so much about it I love. -I love how Kalego is like 'lol no im not worried/playing favourites' but then as soon as Iruma appears is like 'are u ok? you're not hurt are you?' like, yeah sure you're not worried sensei -The Misfits going after each other, YES! Everyone seems to be surprised about this b/c they're all trying to rank up and, yeah that's true BUT if you recall right at the start of the HF they made it clear they all wanted to show who had the best training. Of ofc they're gonna be fighting each other, they wanna prove that /they/ are the best. -the Ocho twist is such a good one. Orobas is the puppet and Ocho the puppet master and it's so good. -Iruma shooting the arrow to save Clara was when I realized that Bachiko's name is, almost certainly a play on what he said when he shot the arrow 'bachikon' which as far as I can figure out is like, a sound effect for striking something with force. Like an arrow slamming into something. -I love how they animated Azz sliding into frame by Orobas. He's like 'I heard you talking some shit??' -Honestly, Ali running out of mana is just a good way of reminding us that yeah, that ring DOES need to be refilled every now and then (we saw Sullivan doing that during S1, topping it up for Iruma at breakfast), and Iruma HAS been out for 4 days, using magic (and having it taken away from him) and not being able to refill it. So it makes sense that Ali would be so weak. -Fun fact, the voice of the Legend Leaf is actually Opera's va -No, Iruma only raised up by one. He was rank 3 (got rank 2 for the dodgeball event in s1, and rank 3 from the Batra party) -I'm really glad they showed when Ocho bugged Iruma, bc the manga did not so I had assumed he did it while Iruma was under the influence of Trauma, just before he fell off the cliff. -'slightly pervy book' so funny thing. in the manga, it was straight up a porno mag lmao (Shakky actually called it as such) -For the record, NO Iruma didn't cook during the Harvest Festival, that was actually all Lied's doing, Iruma was only allowed to stir (and as the cooking ep told us, Iruma's "cooking" is just, tossing everything into a pot and heating it up. sure it's edible but like. it's not good either. also that is a totally different skillset than baking cookies) -I LOVE that Nishi gave us the conversation about secrets and how you don't have to tell everything to someone, even your friends, especially if it makes you uncomfortable and that you're not a bad person. Cause so often ppl keeping secrets (about themselves) get made out to be the bad guy when the secret comes out, and I hate it. -SOI!!!!! I can't wait for the next arc, it's great, easily one of my favourites and Soi is a big part of that reason. I love him.

Thanks a lot for reviewing the entire three seasons. It was a treat to enjoy the series from your perspective. Must confess I couldn't help myself and read the next 2-3 story arcs, and without getting into spoiler territory, I just want to say if you aren't looking forward to an announcement for S4, you ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. Heck, I suspect the whole reason the studio has put so much effort into their songs so far is because they went through their own training arc to prepare themselves for what lies ahead, and that's not even limited to the Music Festival Arc.

I like to say to others that they should remember what Sullivan said at the end of season 2 - that it will only get more exiting and more turbulant from here on out! The first half of the term meaning everything up to sseason 2's ending was just the introduction... ... ... Like- YES it is soo gonna get more and more awesome! Especially if they animate it right :D
