(spoilers) In the light novel/manga it's actually mentioned that when they travelled to Kizuna's world, Raphtalia actually reverted back to being a child, reflecting her actual age(because when they travel into a different world, their levels reset), and in one of the latest volume of the LN (16 or 17 I forgot) Shildeena -like Raphtalia- reverted back into a child, while her older sister stayed the same. So while levels do affect how they age, even if demi-humans stay at level 1, they'll still be able to grow old

Actually it perfectly fits the theme. Summoned into another world, the protagonist(s) is/are the only one(s) that can save it, they do some training, power of friendship (I know that one's shonen, but it's making its way into isekai a bit too, I think), they easily win even though there were dramatic scenes/moments, and they become rich and powerful.

Technically Cap's shield is unique, able to bounce because of vibranium (i assume, i mean there's no other reason for a shield to ricochet so hard). if Naofumi got a boomerang mode or a similar alloy shield, he could probably fight the same. He wouldn't even have to worry about retrieving it. It seems to be attached even better than a kh keyblade.

I think we can go deeper. Also have read one about an entire highschool class travelling to a fantasy world (where everyone is an asshole) and one of them has the ability "Die" that kills the monster or person in front of him when he says it. And all that is just the tip of the Isekai Iceberg XD
