I mean, in 12 years it can happen. Anyway Anish is not a normal player, there's nothing weird.
@billj4525
@billj4525 Жыл бұрын
Sure there is. To act like their couldn't have been cheating or outside assistance is at least partially naive. Not saying he did, he's a very strong player, but given how well Magnus has played lately it's certainly possible. He didn't like Magnus to begin with a few years ago. He would never be caught if he used outside assistance to give him an edge over Magnus here. I think outside assistance is used A LOT more than people think these days, especially in classical games. AI has some serious drawbacks, but it has positives too, and there's nothing we can do to change it anyway.

@@billj4525 I'm not sure to have understood what you mean. Anish is a top player and though Carlsen Is the goat, he can lose in a bad day against a strong player in a good day. I wouldn't talk about cheating.

@@billj4525 what are you rambling about? Anish has always been one of the Top GMs, he's been around for a decade, he's not a trashy random who would cheat his way to the top and ruin his reputation. I also know your argument is lame cause apparently you don't get their sarcastic, friendly banters off/online and take them seriously LOL

Black Rook moves to d7. It's safe there. From there it's at least a draw for Magnus and he can still even win! Get out a chessboard and analyze it like I did.

Magnus has been so bored that he decided to play an opening that is known to be losing, just for the challenge, and he's been doing that all over the place recently. This time it finally bit him in the ass.
