Great video Anita. I have been doing the other minute warm down videos after every tennis match for a couple of years and it's brilliant to have some new ones to do! Thanks for making it so easy to follow and a full body stretch in just 10 minutes.

Did both of these 10 minute yoga stretches and I will say both of them felt really good and also we just got our new female puppy yesterday that I told you about in my last yoga routine that I had done before and she is sooo cute and loves to do my yoga routines with me I just noticed lol. Also I forgot to mention that I recommended your KZbin channel to my personal yoga instructor and she said she is definitely also looking forward to doing more of your yoga/workout routine videos with you my far away KZbin friend. Hi Anita, I love your videos. I have been following you for a while now and when I behave and actually do yoga, my injuries get better! I am an avid tennis player and am currently suffering bilateral chronic Achilles tendinitis. I try to find calf stretching videos. Actually by mistake i blocked this one thinking it was the one i had in during my new york days that i wanted to recreate, but realised i had already re-created it - oops - i'm losing it - ha ha. So i'll leave this one as is. I will definitely make more of these 10 min routines in the autumn. They cover a lot of ground in a time effective way without moving too fast 🙏
