This was a great stretch after my weight work today! I really like the short 10-15 minutes classes, they are perfect for add-ons. Awwww memories, your old yoga space!

Yogapazzo so glad to hear. i've been getting a lot of good feedback from it and i will be making lots more of these in the near future. yes, and perfect for add-ons. i think you've been doing that a lot, if i remember correctly. and yeah, my old space, it was so fantastic and i do miss it when i think about it :-)

This is one of my favorite post workout stretch routines- it's quick and it targets the whole body. Would love to see you do more 5-10 minute post workout stretch routines. Thank you for this:)

The Lord led me to your page after a stress filled day and a very vigorous workout. I like to do some stretching after my workout, this was the perfect stretch for all my tension areas. God Bless You,

I enjoyed this stretch routine a lot. I found it really effective, with clear instructions that made it easy to follow, with work on right and left side of the body and mind in a thorough manner.

I loved this video - your tone of voice is my fav of all the cooldown videos I've seen. My one complaint: The ad RIGHT in the middle of the cool down. Really took me out a bit. Thank you for your videos!

What a great stretch! I used it after running this morning and it really helped stretch my legs out. I really felt it in my piriformis muscle which I have a lot of trouble with after my long runs.

great to hear. stretching quads/hip flexors super important after running so it's less pressure on hamstrings and piriformis. twists also super important for runners :-)

This was exactly what I was looking for after completing a 40 minute cardio/strength workout I found on KZbin only to find that it ended abruptly without a cool down or any stretching, yikes! I subscribed so I can checkout some of your other workouts as well! Thank you!

I did HIIT training for the first time two days ago and I woke up so stiff today that I went for a run and tried your ten min workout afterwards to ease my muscle pain. I know that's not quite what you designed it for but it really helped.

You make it look very easy and trying it found that i have a mobility issues. So, i am going through the individual moves separate then hopefully within a week i can go through the routine as a whole. Or, what are your thoughts do you have an easier whole body stretch. Thanks for the great post.

This made the difference! After sequence #3 i didn't strech enough and i could not bend my legs! excellent work out. I feel as new! And I am not!!!!!

Streching is so underrated after a workout - I think most people skip stretching before a workout but even more skip it after. Although it's one of the best times since the bodies warm.

Im 16yo and I've recently started bodyweight training (3months). All my life I've been the skinny guy with knock knees and immobile ankles. Question is...would this be a good routine to progress on in hopes of somewhat correctinh my knock knees and tight legs? Honestly while doing this, I could barely do any of the positions and had great difficulty doing the pigeon pose and the hero pose. Would doing this daily eventually aid me with my problems?

+Demetrius Carter Dear Demetrius - this one is too fast for you and your intuition and question is spot on. I would suggest you start with my Beginner 8 yoga series to get started from the beginning so your muscles and join can get used to yoga. This way you start to get a balance of strength and flexibility, breath and flow. Be patient. Work consistently. You are young so this is a great time to start yoga. Is it OK if I never done yoga before I have always wanted to try it but I'm not flexible and I cannot do anything your doing is it OK that I still try or should I start with a basic first

is this for beginners? or do u recommend only those who have done yoga for some time to try it? i think i did something wrong and pulled my right hip >

it's not a beginner routine. a lot of people of varying levels have been using it though, but as a beginner i would watch it and try it out slowly to see if it is appropriate for your body/level at this time. if your quads/hip flexors are tight you might have over stretched ..? rest and ice. if you have access to a soft foam roller good too. let me know how it goes. cheers.
