What is the 30w adapter? Assuming you are referring to the Apple 35w adapter is compatible but you need to keep in mind that when that adapter has two items plugged in the output is not 35w per port - the sum of both ports output would be 35w Meaning if you plug this in and stick your phone on it, it will draw 15w from the port, the second c port then will be able to output 20w max (So if you are charging your MacBook Air from a 35w adapter you probably don’t want to plug a second accessory into the second port)

I can recommend the anker 733. It has 2 USB c ports, 1 USB a port, built in wall plug, and 10000mah capacity. So you get multiple plugs, it charges directly into the wall and is a power bank all in one. It's a bit bulky, but it's an all in one and can do 65W when plugged into the wall for laptops.
