Can you do a shin splints prevention workout video? I am a high school high jumper, and I often have to take time off training because the pain prevents me from jumping as high.

You might be pronated like a dancer when bending your legs. As a ballet dancer, the pain is most likely from your knees not being over your feet, more specifically, the second toe. Also your calves and hamstrings might be tight.

@@bogdanbondarenko1589 I'm asking becouse I was thinking about try to apply your exercises (I'm long and triple jumper) and i didn't know if it's good only for thicking tendons and muscles or for healing them too.

@@sefko757 Those exersises should help, but don't do to many at first. And of course always better see a doctor if you have some injury.
