Kevin Secours First, love your material. Learning as much as I can and adding it to my Krav Maga training. Could you tell me what shoes you wear currently? Mine are wearing out and I'd like to switch to something more "free" feeling than tennis shoes. Thanks very much Kevin, keep being awesome.

Hoe exactly would I go about being part of the animation team for a game? I know I would have to have training and get my name out there but how exactly would I do so?

Awesome. I can do one leg squats on my right but not my left. Should I train the left more or should I train both equally, assuming it'll catch up naturally?
@Combatprofessor11 жыл бұрын
Symmetry is usually the way to go Mason but you may want to work phases and segments of the weaker leg more, focusing on the failure point--use supports, elastics, a swiss ball to give you lift--whatever it takes to experience the fullest range of movement possible and it will catch up.

i severely sprained my left ankle when i was a kid. as a result, it's pretty loose. should i wait til i get prolotherapy before doing these exercises?

I was in the same boat in my younger years and had a lot of laxity then had a traumatic dislocation and reconstruction of the big toe and ball of foot. These exercises are amazing and helped me a lot. Just be careful to be respectful. Don’t work through pain. And don’t go to your maximum. Work near your maximum but add slow and gentle load to bring awareness and strengthen the connective tissue and muscles . Message me any tine if you have specific concerns

Would this be helpful for running?
@Combatprofessor7 жыл бұрын
Ankle strength and dynamic flexibility serves us in any type of movement involving the feet. For runners, or even regular walking, its most noticeable in the improvement of the foot strike itself and contact with the ground and then generally feeds improved absorption in the knees and hips, softening the body overall and reducing stress under load.

What If you dont have the flexibility for Variation three
@Combatprofessor6 жыл бұрын
I suggest sitting on a medicine ball. The extra height takes strain off of the ankle and knee while allowing mobility by rolling.

So basically a Russian pistol squat
@Combatprofessor6 жыл бұрын
A russian pistol is the final exercise. The other 4 work completely different mobility aspects that are often overlooked and that are complimentary and essential for overall strength, stability and functional flexibility.
