Complete method of Do-It-Yourself (DIY) ankle taping. NOTE having the ankle taped by a trainer, coach or team manager is preferred to taping yourself if possible. But this is useful if you have no access to a trained taper, and HAVE your own heel & lace pads, skinlube, adhesive and prowrap (using these is strongly recommended if you have access to them, in order to prevent tape cuts, blisters, and possible infection).
