0:37 here she should have played Rxd4 and then white can walk the c-pawn up the board with absolutely no counterplay. She's trying to play best moves when not needed. If you're in a similar position as this with a bit of time to spare it's a good technique to remove your opponent's pieces, even if you have to sac, and leave them with non-dangerous pawns. Then you can't stalemate and you can easily queen your own pawns.
