wow you took some things seriously, Dina was concentrating on trash talk which is part of chess game and part of entertainment for your ass to watch which you seem not to appreciate it at all. Secondly if this was an official match she has grand chances to win against this guy which they have a very close rating. The whole video is a prank against Dina and she still uploaded it for OUR entertainment. You should apologize to this grandmaster and show the respect she deserves.

She didn't think she could dominate based on rating. She assumed what we all assumed. She believed that he was better than 1500 but couldn't be close to her ability. Another mistake is she knew he was probably lying but like most people in these situations, thought he was lying only a little bit. He was lying about EVERYTHING. 😆 This video is a good demonstration of human behavior.

@TSMsroha Zhenya 1500 is the normal start of every new player in chess usually most people in online chess. Depending on your wins or losses you gain more points or lose more points. So from 1500 to get to 2400 you need to learn a lot and win a lot and have 1000+ games usually.

I'm not a strong player, but I believe I can recognize strong chess player just by the way he grabs his pieces and how quickly he presses the clock after move. I aslo do not think she underestimated her opponent. And if she did, she'd be right to. Ratings say a lot about a player. You dont typically expect a 1500 elo player to turn out a GM so you adjust your playstyle accordingly. This is a strategy done in all online games basically. If your opponent is bad, you dont play like you'd with good people in order to not lose because they cant see baits or other tactics, so you look for quicker ways to finish it all.

The backwards retreating move with the bishop at 3:13, while simple, told me that he was at least 2000, as lower level players will almost NEVER move the bishop back to its starting square. Sun Tzu would be proud of the young man in the video. When able to attack, feign disorder. When strong, feign weakness. When far, appear near, and when near far, appear near. The most important lessons are: 1) All warfare is based on deception. 2) Know the enemy, and know yourself and you will not fear the outcomes of 100 battles because victory will be yours. 3) If you know the enemy, and not yourself, then for 100 battles, you will see 50 defeats and 50 victories. But if you know not yourself, and your enemy, for 100 battles, 100 defeats.

@@lucasmatheus3313 Because it makes the content more entertaining when viewers can understand everyone and those in the video can understand each other well enough to have that kind of back and forth. It would be distracting and frustrating for many if they were incoherent, whether that's due to a language barrier or giving off a vibe that they could be a future Darwin Award winner. The dude gave a compliment. Why does it matter to you so much that you have to criticize for it?

@@mikec4390 I'm a non native english speaker too buddy. His sentence made me ask to myself "why that hell speaking english has to do with playing good chess?" It didn't make any sense to me, but now I got it, he was giving the guy a compliment for his english :) And YES, I totally agree with you, it makes the content way more entertaining!!!

Belenkaya was mad to lose at a 1500 (that would be utter humiliation), and utterly relieved when she realized that he was a 2400. She herself has a peak rating of 2364, so this was a normal loss.

There's a reason why even Chess has gender divisions. Hou Yifan herself said it, and retired because of it, ELO for men and women is completely different. 1000 dudes can destroy WGMs any day.

@@athena9029 I don't get why Hou Yifan has to retire because of gender division. The rule is stacked in her favor. She is the strongest female player so she can win a lot of female tournaments. Then she can join the men's tournament since men's tournament are open to female players.

(8:25) ahhhh dang... *Rook: D6->D2 {nope} ~Queen: ->F4, take pawn, then Pawn: E4->E3 or take Rook C8 then Castle: D5->D2 *his Queen would be vulnerable during exchanges leaving u w/Queen 《logic》 *He would have to pull a piece already off board... ~unless ur playing "unlimited / any pieces"... *I don't see a clock, not a tournament, but both players are ranked... *Decision goes to player opposite of player using pawn/gain piece... Honestly Girl... u should took that pawn earlier when I mentioned it 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Let's see what happens
