@@prewia2396 I can't claim to know every Polish woman, but every one I have met were not in the least bit "desperate". To clarify, the young lady in question is to my eyes a beautiful girl. She is what we would once call a "natural beauty". She always looks lovely and I know my foster son is proud to have her on his arm, but she does not present herself as desperate. A girl who is troubled in this way tends to wear sexual style clothes and too much make-up. She couldn't be more different. I should also note that she has shown me great kindness. This inner quality radiates enhancing her beauty. She is by no means wears the style of a woman who thinks herself so attractive she can afford to play games. Such a woman, wherever she is from, doesn't really think well of herself at all. Her desperation for love is behind such extreme presentation and behaviour. If we meet such a woman perhaps we should try to guide her to a healthier sense of herself as a woman? As for Poland generally, I noticed in their recent celebration of Polish culture, faith and family life, a real core of security in themselves. This will impact well on all Polish people.

You are also smart that you followed the advice of your grandmother and mother and didn't disregard it because of thinking they are old fashioned and don't understand how the world works these days. I sadly did the latter, and this was many years ago before things have gotten as hideous as they are now, but it was still worse than when my grandmother was in the dating game. I really think media portrayal for a few decades has gradually portrayed this image to females (we were just teens at the time these images impacted my sister and me) and caused us to think we had to look "sexy" to get a guy. The properly dressed girls were always portrayed as "goody-two-shoes" and therefore stuffy and also alone - no boyfriend, etc. Since those times, media portrayal has slid to even more disgusting levels of how to do well in this world - which, of course, is a complete lie. It's like a brainwashing of sorts because younger ladies (and young men as well) see these images and don't even consciously realize that everything they are seeing in these shows, stars, singers, etc., is making impressions that people then try to follow without even really any thoughts necessarily. It just pulls them into action to try to make themselves "match" what is portrayed because the impression is that "these people" have it made the best of everyone - or "this is how it is and should be." Even people's actions and behaviors have gradually been changed - much to the worse - by what they see on shows, and so forth. People emulate - as if what they are seeing and hearing is how they should behave, think, and act. You are very lucky, Mia, that through all of this, you found value in the advice you got and didn't fall into the trap of everything around you that would dictate the opposite. Most girls don't - and don't even have much thoughts really as to why. This is how insidious these type of impressions are on people. They don't even know it's happening to them.

Anna, I'm in LOVE with how deep you go in your content and videos. Rather than simply saying things like "ignore his text/reply 6 hours later", "dress for your sexy body" and "rack up options", like other KZbin influencers suggest, you take it to another level, making us address inner Ms. Desperado and how social stereotypes about women in relationships play a role in activating her. Your videos put so much into perspective just in terms of healing and addressing that core inner pattern of being emotionally needy, which is how lasting change is actually created. I love it. Your vibe, your thoughts. You are just such an incredible woman - physically and mentally/emotionally sophisticated to another level. :)

Anna, I really needed this video. As a woman in her early/mid 20s, I feel a lot of pressure from friends, family, etc. to date around or have a boyfriend. I've never been one to pursue relationships. I've always been happy to focus on my self-growth and my career goals, figuring that someday there would be someone special that would catch my eye. But recently, I made an online dating profile because I thought maybe my friends were right and that I wanted to meet someone. But I absolutely hate online dating. I realize now that I made the profile not because I want to have a boyfriend. I am not desperate for love. Rather I'm desperate to show other people that a man loves me so everyone will get off my back and not look at me like I'm lonely and not willing to put myself out there.

They were so young (Samantha was a bartender, compared to a succesful international PR agent finally) and inexperienced and they grew and learnt from their mistakes. I also believe there are women who do not want this in life and it is absolutely perfect. Samantha did not align with a traditional married life so the advice from the video would not mean anything for her. Wow, Anna! I`m impressed with the high-quality level of this video! When you mentioned about exercising, investing in yourself, doing therapy, being in tune with your own self, needs and spirituality (you haven`t said in those exact words, but I felt like this fit well on your speech), having friends and a life apart from the man, that`s when we truly become emotionally strong and attractive. That`s when we choose someone and choose to let this someone go if he isn`t good enough. Therapy helps to understand what are boundaries in the first place (many ladies doesn`t even know themselves that deep), and therapy improves ourselves and helps in how to identify, but ultimately how to keep those boundaries sharp and in place. Relationships and dating life are a big part of an individual, so I really get excited when you talk about these subjects from a feminine, elegant perspective. Thank you for this video!

Thank you for this fantastic video Anna! I really couldn't agree more. What is it worth to wait 30 mins to reply to a text when you still don't take your own boundaries seriously? What is it worth to pretend you have a life if he - instantly after he started dating you - notices, that you're not doing anything all day and it was just a show. You are so spot-on about women dating out of desperation and impatience. I had been single for 7 years, refusing to date someone who wasn't a good match for me. 7 years, all throughout my 20s, while my friends were getting engaged, married, started having kids while I was still single even though I wanted all of that as well. It was tough and it was scary and it got even scarier as I started approaching 30. But I stayed patient and did not give up my standards and boundaries. And BAM! - there he was. And there he still is to this very day

I have seen less attractive women than me get decent or even good quality men. It is validating to see someone online who shares these same value's. I will be kind and help these people out from time to time, but the more I work on myself, the less I want to be around these negative people. I am becoming happier and happier in my own skin, which ironically enough, seems to be attracting better men into my life all by itself.

Totally agree on the "do your therapy, spiritual work" this is so crucial to go out from desperate profile. Actually for all relationships.

If only someone taught me how to give importance of myself way back before .. maybe I had a wonderful life right now . I just wasted my beauty. And yes I become desperate to chase the men I fell inlove with. Instead of them chasing me . 😢

you are currently beautiful! I think if you learn from what you have experienced and it has made you a better person, you can only become more beautiful. I hope you are able to see your beauty more consistently, I know sometimes on bad days our eyes lie to us.

I saw it all start when in the 60's, 70's fashion magazines told woman it was okay to sleep with men without commitment. Feminity is respectful. It attracts men. You are right. Women have lost respect in themselves causing the desperate behavior.

Then it's not okay for men to sleep with women without commitment either. Also not everyone wants long term commitment..sometimes women want fun just like men do, though they should learn restraint if they want long term relations (not because i would respect them less if they don't but because men tend to take them for granted).

Very well said. I wish every parent would speak to a daughter like that. From a young age. And talking about dressing with femninity and making the best of what you have.....yes...at any size and any age. Brava Anna!!!

“There isn’t just one formula of appearance that men want, men really like all kinds of women” I feel much more confident after hearing this. Thank you!

it is such a shame that society labels women as “whores” when they try to get a well educated and wealthy husband and also call her names when she’s single. anna is a confident woman who believes in what she says and represents us. i believe that this misconception will be over in the future we must keep fighting sisters

Society wants us to be desperate and take anyone who approaches us. Low quality men (incels) feel entitled, not understanding women are people who deserve respect too. Not many people want users, drug addicts, irresponsible, unstable partners in their lives.

@mm I agree that women need to be high quality in order to attract high quality, but honestly, is that all you see a woman as--a used vagina? If so, good luck attracting a high quality woman.
