I have a very tough exam coming up in a week. Feeling so exhautive due to tight schedule. By seeing ur video, I felt motivated towards my goal. I have a full time job + house responsibilities + study. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming; However, it also makes me realise that we can achieve much more than what we think we can. So going out of the comfort zone is the only way to understand ur potential better.

I also have mixed feelings about this challenge. 🧐 First of all: congratulations. This is an achievement that you can be proud of & it shows your resilence & strength. It shows that we all are stronger than we think. 👏 Also, the lady in the tram cracked me up. 🙈🤭 But I think that this whole "let's reach XYZ steps a day" can also turn into an unhealthy obsession, leading to physical problems (foot pain, issues with your veins, etc.) & also mental struggles like not being able to take sufficient rests throughout the day. 😟 I know that you always promote balance & I know that this was just for pure fun & meant to be a onetime challenge but I just hope that it's clear for everybody.

I’m with you on this, plus not taking any rest in a whole day, intense workouts can cause kidney damage.

I finished the "Megamarsch Nürnberg" yesterday, 50km ( it has been 52,5km in total) with rund about 60k steps. 2 years ago it was 100km in 21 hours in Frankfurt. I can Trulli imagine, how you felt, especially in the end of xour challenge and when you smashed it 🎉😊 you did an amazing job👍💪

good job Anna! I think no matter what challenge you set yourself, if that will be 100K steps, a marathon etc, completing it just teaches you discipline which is a key to sooo many things in life, not only fitness related. Sometimes when you lack motivation, discipline is what saves you. This is why those challenges are so worth trying. Keep it up Anna! What did your mom say after you made it??? I bet now she wants to try 100K steps herself😄

Wow Anna! Congratulations! This was the first video where I got to hear you talk for a long time (normally you're just silently kicking my ass in a workout) and the first time that I had heard of this challenge. It's very inspiring, and I love what you said about balance and how everyone's balance is different. I would be curious to know if the feeling of completing 100k steps in a day is different had you walked in like 1 direction to somewhere new, as it also seems very much like a metal challenge. What do you think thedifference in feeling would be? Easier or harder?

I'm a runner, walking is for commuting for me but several times during 'injury' days I did (without focusing on steps) 60k in the English countryside. Must say it was getting pretty tough on the way back, perhaps because of terrain (went through the wood, then climbed hills etc) so, 100k is great. Well done. p.s. after completing Berlin s25 run and then walking for the rest of the day only made me 50,376.

People always underestimate the power of walking. I love walking, although don’t think I could do 100,000, but wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve done over half at some point. I love just walking and listening to music and can do that for hours. I’m also a fast walker, so cover a lot of distance, but I agree with your mum that 100,000 is too much even for an avid walker 😂. What was harder, this or the marathon?

Been to Berlin for a concert back in 2011 and I sometimes go "hey I walked there too!"😆 Should go explore it more one day but 7 hours hours by train from my city in the Netherlands is soooo long.😅 I'm happy if I can even get 10k steps in a day... no way I can do the 100k.

Hi I love you and your content ❤ Also, I relate so much, I've been anorexic 3 years ago at 13 years old, I lost 10kg and weighted around 26kg and I almost went to the hospital. Fortunately, I started getting out of the anorexic phase and gaining some weight. However, it was and still is not easy to quit and I still have habits from anorexia . During this all process, you kind of lose a bit of yourself 😢. I'm still not fully happy with my body but it's much better than it used to be. Anyway, thank you for your tips😊

Overexercise as well as inactivity (both extremes) do have negative consequences for your health. Overexercise does burden your joints and muscles and can lead to injuries. Please bear that in mind. In order to be healthy, move your body in a way that feeld good and is not influenced by extreme goals.
