As an Original 1 of just 7 pupil's of Jascha Heifetz, filmed in our own films of half an hour of Jascha Heifetz Violin Master Class-Khachaturian, JH-7, Elisabeth Matesky {Rus vers. Library Master Performers} & later in London, 1st Private artist pupil of Nathan Milstein, & friend of Eugen Ysaye, and a long time, meeting in Zoot, in Summer 1926, to play SQ's w/Ysaye & violin pupil on 2nd violin, HRH Queen Elisabeth of Belgium, MILSTEIN BECAME A CLOSE FRIEND OF BOTH YSAYE & QUEEN ELISABETH, W/HRH attending many Milstein Performances & giving NM violin master class in Paris w/Queen Elisabeth attending and sitting in the front row, learning as much as possible watching my 3 & 1/2 years private mentor up close to then improve Her Majesty's own playing! More in my to come Book! The Ysaye 5th Solo Violin Sonata in G, 'Danse rustique', was most well played yet as a concert artist w/experience, I've a question about the rare Sound of the Violin and which sounds to my ear as pre-recorded or best said synced up w/video portion yet outdoors the sound of Any Violin rarely travels so well with a Concert Hall echo?? My Ear tells me some of the Ysaye 5th Solo violin Sonata was recorded prior or after the video or both done but not together @same time ... I've no commentary about the performance at this time until I know the Process which was implemented to duly maximize both video and audio {& apart} then 'sewn' together!?? Anna Lee plays very beautifully yet some moods within the score require varied dynamics to offer the nano changing moods! If Mr's Heifetz or Milstein were hearing this, I do feel both would agree with this simple musical 'tip' to give the Music Story {Danse rustique} full center stage as the Story, Composer, Ysaye, is telling!! Sometimes it's best to leave even Ysaye solo violin compositions unadorned=simplicity of mood revealed via colour dynamic variations in the appropriate score with indicated seconds ~ My compliments to Ms Lee for offering an obviously loved piece of music of Eugen Ysaye, which loves her right back!! It's an almost mathematical equation: Love of a music piece will return love of ardent admirer right back!! The change of wardrobe worked yet did not work ~ Perhaps try it again w/a same gown worn throughout made intriguing via violin inflections 🎼 in all the shades-moods!! Anna Lee is en route to playing many concerts & now is a time to study & learn ever more!
