Such inspiring tips here, definitely going to incorporate these habits as I prep for the upcoming school year :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and be this ultimate version of yourself who is focused, productive, and checking off all of the boxes!! I love the getting ready meditations in the morning as part of my routine! Sooo applicable to leveling up your life and getting clear on how you want to live and feel and preform. Hiii, eine Frage. Du hast gemeint du nutzt deine Zusammenfassungen nur fürs Verstehen, also verwendest du die dann nicht mehr beim lernen ? Oder nutzt deine Zusammenfassungen und deine Karteikarten, wenn ja wie teilst du dir das so ein 😅

Das Schreiben an sich ist für mich zum erstehen, ich benutze die Zusammenfassungen dann auch zum lernen! Ich muss dadurch halt ein bisschen früher anfangen, aber ich finde dass ich dann beim ersten Mal “auswendig” lernen auch schon noch was behalten habe vom Schreiben davor 😊
