Noel's was a ballad cuz he was telling the story of what he'd have done as Monique. But all Noel wanted was a life of pain and tragedy. All Jane wanted was a story to tell. I apologise for sounding like an English teacher

So, an quick review of the first listen. (I will undoubtedly be listening to this on repeat for the next week.) This cover is quite lovely, but damn, does the original have just an amazing " that I stuck 10 times in his back" section. I adore any song with a dramatic beat, and sadly your cover has less of a pause between the words. The lead up to that was done excellently though! The "I have no idea where to find him, officers" was sung with the needed dash of "I am definitely innocent *wink*" perfectly. Also, the ramping at the end was done wonderfully! *Chef's kiss* (Again, I'm a sucker for songs that do this, lead being AJR's World's Smallest Violin) ALSO IS THAT WHAT THE END WHISPERING IS?!??! This was excellent. A song that really screams your personality as well as showing the spirit of your love for singing. The beat was amazing, the vocals were on point, and the atmosphere was just gorgeous.
