I know it's different for everyone but I was a night owl and then when I changed to being a morning person my mental health got better somehow. I go to bed about 9/10pm and get up around 5/6am everyday without an alarm as don't like alarms. Also I make sure I do something for fun and get some sun everyday and connect with family or friends during the week. I also found listening to Tony Robbins helped me a lot with mindset.

This is relatable as a beginner KZbinr who wants to become a singer. I come up with new ideas a lot, I announce it but then I dont like the idea anymore. Or I come up with a better idea! And so I restarted hoping for a fresh start 🤍⭐✨⭐🩷

i just got a notification that i opened my channel 7 years ago and to be honest when i started i thought i'd be way further ahead by now. i want more than anything to make youtube my job and it's so hard seeing other channels blow up while i feel stagnant. this video really inspired me to start waking up earlier and making use of my day. back to editing i go!

1. Walking is also very good if you suddenly feel down anytime, and you don't need to change or take a shower afterward. A 20-minute walk or more usually works. 2. I don't know why, but many KZbin videos with warm colors mostly don't get much view. even though their content quality is good. try to change it to the brighter side if you want to experiment. 3. Storytelling is always the key. try to read Talk Like TED. Wish you all the best.
