It would be great if you can share how many minutes and the speed we need to knead from kitchen aid for the bread recipes you make ( eg: vegetable roti/ fish roti, fish buns, kimbula buns, ros pan,any other breads). I live in Australia me too bought the same thing here from EBay it is very useful but quite expensive I paid 500 Australian Dollors. It was a Christmas gift from my hubby plus I bought a cover too for it and grain mill attachment Also I got a ice cream attachment.

Aunty can you please teach us how to make perfect soft butter cake using this stand mixture. I tried the way as we normally do for the butter cake .(beat butter until white, and add suger , then eggs one at a time, finally Mille and flour etc…) but cake came bit dry and hard . Not soft like when we do by hand beater.

I bought a stand mixer to make bread and pizzas too 😊 my husband loves home made bread and I make them every 2-3days during summer. The dough hook is really helpful. The one I bought is not that expensive though. It cost about 100NZD 2 years ago. It's a good size for a small family, but perhaps not so good for commercial use

Thanks a lot anoma aunty. I also wanted to buy this kitchenaid. But gave up as it is expensive. Then i bought a philips kitchen machine. Which was Rs.30000/-. It also works really well for cake and whisking. But dough making is average. But can make a pizza dough :-)

Lol, I cheat a little bit. I make bread at home, a lot 😁 sometimes 2 loaves a day, since the kids prefer my sourdough, and Ciabatta bread. An Artisan series mixer will cost around CAD $500+ 13%taxes. Comes with a 1yr warranty. Instead I have purchased a Hamilton Beach breadmaker for less than $70, sometimes even less than $60 during Christmas season. Comes with a no hassle 5yr warranty. The breadmaker has a dough program to make bread dough, pizza, jam, butter and a whole lot of other things. In fact, you can put all ingredients overnight, wake up at 5am, punch down the dough, put it in a bread pan for 40mins, then bake for 40mins. Turns out better than store bought bread, disappears in next to no time. The kitchenaid takes up valuable counter space, while the breadmaker can stay on the ground in a corner doing it's thing 😁😄
