You have such a wonderful hubby to help you cut onions and watermelon. Plus, empties the dishwasher, etc. You are blessed. I made 10 pickled red beet eggs today and did my dishes. I made chicken salad with some of the chicken I made last night and it was SO yummy! Just need to make Mac & Cheese next to use up milk. The recipes you made look delish. LOVED seeing Grandma and all the gorgeous chickens. Can you show us some pictures that Grandma colored? I've been coloring lately too, in my Bob Ross color by number book I got for my birthday. How fun!!!

I was thinking that it would be good crumbled over ice cream also with a little drizzle of caramel I think that would make a great sunday.

Oh,and if you freeze the onion,and put it in ice water about thirty minutes, it helps alot. Or put a bowl of water next to your cutting board,that'll help, onions are attracted to water,that's why they make your eyes water😊😊

If you’re making these for yourself, I’d just use a bigger jar, or a ziplock bag. But for a gift they do look pretty in the jar
