I was in a bar in New York and Seagal came in looking for someone. He got really loud asking if anyone had seen the man he was looking for. He then fired a gun into the ceiling with no concern if someone was upstairs. When we all had enough and approached him he put a pool ball into a towel and started smacking people with it. A local pool player we called “Sticks” had enough and broke his pool cue in two and went at him. Seagal picked up a cue and easily disposed of Sticks. He cleared out an entire bar all by himself. I left New York the next morning and have no plans of going back.

I recall a video here on Y.T. talking about how Bruce Lee would beat up stunt men on the set of the Green Hornet. The stunt men complained to the director and producers, and they talked to Lee to no avail. So, they brought in a man that was a martial arts expert; he brought MMA to the US. They put him on the show and told Lee he was a stunt man, Lee got rough with him and the guy basically kicked Lee's ass. Lee never did beat up another stunt man and the two became good friends.

Fun fact, the "essence of Zen" bit is something he's done to several people. He claims it's a Buddhist proverb about two monks meeting and one of them throws the other, but it's not, he just made that shit up. He just likes throwing people into fountains and ponds and shit.

The Jack Whitehall story is new to me! "Essence of Zen" ... "Do you still call him Daddy?"... Typical silly ol' sensei 😅

I read a news article recently, our lord and saviour has written a script that can only be compared to the great Kurosawa apparently. Hopefully it never gets made.

The cumtown bit is one of the funniest 10 mins you’ll ever watch talking about films. Pure class. 😂

A man calling his dad "daddy" is really weird ngl
@nickbeam55416 ай бұрын
Definitely is. Once you hit your teen years it should be "Dad."

Pretty sure that's only reason he has show though, he pitched the travel show of him and his relationship with his father and him calling him daddy is personification of that dynamic. So weird but hey got him chance meet Sensei Segal which is tough to do unless your a oligarch trying to launder some money through a B action flick.

It's part of his character. He plays on a posh boy persona. The fact you bought it is brilliant.

Pro Tip: If you're gonna take hair-styling advice from 1964-era Eddie Munster . . . yeah, you'd probably BETTER BE a 33rd Degree Black Belt. So help me, the Steven Seagal of our time looks like Eddie Munster fell on hard times. Or, at the very least, that little Eddie Munster is his idol, and he's trying to cosplay as him.
