Nate would SLAUGHTER that Wes 😂 Seen Wes in that gym fight and anyone can tell just from that, that the cock little shit cannot fight 😂 I can name one huge bodybuilder from Folkestone Kent, UK is incredibly dangerous and can end any fight with just one jab, he breaks skulls , a kick to a hip results in a broken hip. He's well trained, incredibly flexible, knows the human anatomy enter than any other and has a very high IQ. Admittedly he is a very gifted individual.

Who ever said muscles equal fighting technique 🙄 Be sure of one thing those of us that have also been trained in the likes of boxing and Judo can be fucking dangerous if pushed and the strength combined with technique is totally unbeatable...fact. A lot of these roidy boys do THINK they can fight until they actually fight someone that knows such a simple thing as to throw a punch, surprising how many people have no clue how to throw a real punch 🤦‍♂️😂😂

Why does weight matter? i used to do boxing... alot, i was 80 kegs, then for last 10 years ive been a interstate truck driver im now 240 in stupid math and 110 in normal math, may argument is i wouldve beat most people when i was boxing but 10 years of punchimg on inside 65 tons of fun and fighting with camry/ford ranger drivers i would proberly no longer win 😂

Bodybuilders don't know how to use their whole body to throw a punch, and they do not have access to all their muscle fibers. Top fighters can access 92% of their muscle fibers, while bodybuilders can only access 70% to 80%. If they were powerlifters or strongmen, they would be in the 90% range. Why is this? Because your body naturally limits muscle activation to prevent injury when lifting weights, don't hurt yourself.

Apparently it's fashionable these days to believe that "bodybuilders cant fight". The reality is that the number 1 indicator of who will win a fight is how big and strong the man is. That is why they have weight classes in fight sports. Of course you can find evidence of a good fighter beating a big strong man who is a hopeless fighter. Same as you can find evidence of a good female fighter beating up a man who is a hopeless fighter. But that DOES NOT prove that females are better fighters! Real fights between normal people instantly turn into grappling, scuffling, tripping etc. And a big strong heavy man has a massive advantage. I was in gyms for about 20 years, and people just have no idea that a big bodybuilder can easily have the strength of 3 to 5 men! You do not want to get in a scuffling match with him.

Were they 260 or 270 though? The distinction is important. I agree, size matters in every way, especially if both people have not been trained in some form of combat. Big boy will win 9 out of 10 times.

i did Hapkido ( korean akido ) for 2 years religiously never missing a lesson.... then i figured out self defence against non resisting no agressive partners with 3 second punches is a complete waste of time.... used to watch my instructor face when i resisted my arm and his technique didnt work - your supposed to fall down... why isnt this working .... then when he started taking sparing matches agaisnt boxers he come in with a swollen face, an asian dymnastics routine is the best way to describe akido or hapkido nice show good for movies , yeah it works if the person cooperates and offers you there hand , too bad you never train agaisnt someon punching you in the face as hard as they can... 20 years of training and your instructor leaves that part out

I've said this for a long time, I'm not one of those guys who would claim I'd never get my ass kicked by a woman because I'm not a trained fighter. But if i were in a tournament to fight untrained women fighters with a lesbian boss fighter every 3rd round i think I'd be able to go twelve rounds before i came

having learned about anatomy, and medical physiology, most muscleruckers think their sheer power equivocates to something like reaction skills, fast - twitch muscle and corded sinew. As a 315lbs power lifter, I'd need to train with Sean Strickland for a year to hope to last against a bantamweight. Yeah, Eddie Hall beat on some smaller guys, but anyone approaching a little heavier with an little more reach and he'd probably be done. He's also the worlds strongest lol. durability conditioning is no joke. I've never seen a body builder capable of taking a kidney shot, a proper one. Under Reserve, UCC 1-308

Being a former bodybuilder I can confirm this. Sadly even for the meatheads that don't talk, go looking for stupidity, we would still get dudes trying to test. Had a guy one night at State Theater in Detroit ask me at the bar if I thought I was tough because of my "big muscles"??? I said no I don't think that at all, but I do have 9 years of wrestling to fall back on if needed. Even with these idiots like Bradley Martyn, I'd be embarrassed to be seen with them.
