So last week we had a woman's POV of the body game sexually. This week we have the POV from the health /wellness perspective. Uncle Rom is building towards something.

Body game fixes everything you get that body fat down to a decent level you'll have a jawline and your cheek bones will show. Get that diet right and drink your water your skin will clear up. My hierarchy is body game, then the barber, then the dentist. Then the rest will come with experience, you'll start to get more opportunities.

Great points about posture... Years ago, I switched to a minimal pillow, and sometimes don't use a pillow at all so that my neck can release into a neutral posture as I sleep. I learned about this from a yoga instructor who hated the way her neck posture rounded forward as she aged.

The posture and confidence comes with Body Game fam, keep doing the shadow work. We also have to work on our grooming (hair, nails), a real good cologne (don't overdue it) with too much.

Posture is coached and drilled continually in Football. It's a full body sport rooted in how well you can push and pull against a strong violent athlete, while on balance. Foot posture is constantly coached.

I've always had good posture, I come from a military family, most people think I am In the military. But as a child my grandmother would always tell me and my brothers to sit up straight. Make sure you have good posture. This women brought up some topics I never thought about. Rom you always told us get your best body. I agree when she mentioned when people don't workout for themselves they don't last long.

The same way she described women liking another woman’s dress but saying they won’t wear is how I see guys that have the competitive bodybuilder body. I can appreciate the discipline and dedication it takes to get that body. But I wouldn’t want to look like that myself.

I agree. Some men think that body game alone will give them access to a woman sexually, or think that body game is insignificant altogether. You have to have the ability to communicate and excite women sexually as well. To that point, I have seen brothers that don’t have body game that had a superb rap game and they were still able to experience attractive women sexually. One must work on their body game and rap game to be more successful with at least the carnal nature of women. Ideally, with body game should come increased confidence to tighten up their verbal approach. Peace Rom from Deanwood DC.

Her perspective with relating the different attractions clicked around 19 minutes. Like guys with trucks or cars was a good example of it. They can come together and say wow that's a sweet drag car or jdm tuner or whatever and still hate each other if one likes Ford or dodge or whatever more. Not that one may be particularly better or worse. Some might even like the cheaper one more. Some of them are the same price, but you still choose one and it's just preference. Peace and blessings ❤
@Bubbleetuna
@Bubbleetuna Жыл бұрын
Also at 22 minutes it was funny how she said how opposite guys are. Thinking or logical vs feeling or emotional. Like them saying he's hot, but.... and guys will be like she may be a 304 or walk over me, but she is the only option that seems available.
@Bubbleetuna

Like women take your best attributes and then break it down to see if it stays solid. Guys go the opposite way looking at the worst first and then staying at the best

08:40 very important stuff here, because of computer i had problems with rhomboids ( i would get pain in them when i tried to put my chin on my neck down) nothing helped me more than working on traps (cuz traps are above rhomboids so i guess they work like some kind of a shield for rhomboids) also shoulder and back. This lady is an amazing instructor.

There’s levels to it. A woman told me the other day she was talking to a body builder guy but he had a funny body odor because of supplements he took. Sounds crazy but she said she knew the smell because her dad was into bodybuilding and he had the same smell. I’d say women like muscles but they like the lean naturally ripped look more than the bodybuilder look.

Looking down at your cellphone is terrible for your posture. Swimming is great for the back and overall posture. Yoga is great for posture also. Not many people realize that poor posture can be linked to headaches, neck strain, back pain amd hip problems. This happens over a period of time, not overnight.

wonder how taller ppl men in general deal with having to look down to make eye contact with others. if it leads to back issues. even just bending over to get in the fridge or pick something up . also i see women as well who are bent over. head down. looking liek they are struggling to walk. so it hits both sides. also how she mentioned at the end about the mix of the ballet dancer and bouncer. it made me think of your video athletes get women. muscular but also can move, last . ty for another view from the females.

Rom, you really are who you say you are. I salute you🫡💯💪🏿. Your previous video and this video show a sharp contrast on how the lust factor and the psychological factor among a womans brain is wired. In terms of the body being a reflection of ones vitality and ones mindset, she focused on self-improvement. Great video 🫡💯, I have to share this video with my male clients at the gym. This will motivate any man who wants to improve themselves in case they are looking at it from a womens perspective. Since some men sadly dont want to work out for themselves. If this video doesn't change a mans perspective, I honestly dont know what will. #bodygame
