Mrs. Lori, you always look lovely! I'm like Mr. Brown and love all of the dips/sauces that y'all had on the table for your fish. My husband and I both love a good Vidalia onion also. But you can't beat eating all that good stuff.. Love watching you all videos. Ill never for get the first time my dad and i showed my husband how to clean a turtle he couldnt belive we ate that. Wow!!! WISH those FISH were on my DISH 💕🐟💕🐟💕🐟💕!!! We season the raw fish and the coating. I like Tony Chachere's "Regular" Creole seasoning in the coating. My guy likes Chachere's "More Spice" Creole seasoning, or he will make his own scratch batch that's Cayenne kicked-up. Usually, no dipping sauce for us. Occasionally, we use Thousand Island or Tobasco on Catfish. Sadly, our group going out to do Spring shore clean-ups, annual crappie tournaments, and bass tournaments were cancelled due to the you-know-what. We will miss our friends, the nightly firepit chats, washer toss competitions, and the delicious fish fry picnics so much. But, that *c*v* isn't stopping us from sending Easter care packages to our veterans, and some fishing at family's ponds.

I just love you guys. I don’t know what it is. I already know the kinship because you guys are people of faith. Maybe it’s the world we live in that feels so crazy and cold. But whenever I turn on your channel I feel like I am home and in a warm, cozy and safe place. I have been a single mom that’s retired, having raised six children. I gave up on relationships 35 years ago after 2 failed marriages. But it sure is good to see how God has blessed your marriage. I’m actually going back and watching some of your old episodes. This is January 2022. Great stuff. God bless you both. PS I just put in an order through Walmart to be delivered and added fish and ingredients to make fish and hush puppies. I’m gonna add coleslaw to the menu since I already have a cabbage that needs to be used.

Ms. Lori & Mr. Brown, you brought back fond memories for me today. I was in the "Mulligrubs" (feeling sad ) as my Grandma in-law would say. My sweet Daddy passed last year at 82 years old and my whole life was filled with him fishing for Crappie & Bass & Bluegill here in Ky. He could filet a bucket of fish with his electric knife so well, we kids never found a bone!! He was born in Arkansas and still has fami!y there. Some of his brothers would go" Noodlin" for catfish, but he never liked that for sure. He made homemade hushpuppiess too!! Thanks for reminding me of my prescious memories!! I so love watching you both! God Bless you & stay safe!

Watching you put the water in the plastic bag reminded me of what my dad did when I was little. Very much the same...when most milk came in paper cartons he would cut off the top of the carton and then put the fish along with water in the carton and freeze it. Of course this was before milk came in plastic bottles. The bottles minus the spout would probably work also.
