At first I thought you were chopping a line to blow it, but then at the end I realized you're going to melt it down and shoot it between your toes. Brilliant!

I've been doing turkey tail for over a decade now, I now have to put it in my peepee vein, it's the only one I have left, but still can't shake the habit 😢

Well... obviously he means to put them in his mouth and swallow them from the spoon. Do you always need things explained to you throughout your day to day?

Pop that shit in a small food processor or bullet blender you will get much more of the medicinal properties the more finely it's chopped because you want to expose the innermost layer, plus less work😌

So I’m confused, do you put it on the spoon and then free-base it for the medicinal purposes?

@@diliangeorgiev Thanks for the answer, I appreciate it. Today (on thanksgiving day! 😆) I found out that after six months turkey tale mushrooms are finally growing from inoculate logs in my garden. Now I was looking videos about how to use it, thanks 😊 (I uploaded in my channel in case you would like to watch it)

Can you eat it with honey to get the benefits? When it’s finely chopped like this?

Why not. No problems with this combination!

You’re body cannot process Turkey Tail raw. It won’t break down and pull out most of the beneficial stuff inside because of how tough and fibrous Turkey Tails are. There’s an episode of The Mushroom Hour podcast(episode 94), where Christopher Hobbs explains it really well, worth a listen.
