In the question they say "EFL classes for non native speakers". There's no need to mention the two, bcz when we speak about EFL classes automatically we're dealing with non native speakers. If I'm wrong correct me

When you say "to practice language use in a dynamic environment ..." You can omit the word "use" from the sentence. I find it redundant
