my spa is 37 years old and going strong- I've replaced a lot of sundance jets that the chorine degrades and bearing fall out and jet fails- 5 years is not that great of warranty and the jets are expensive to replace- just my experience

Good morning, 37 years is a long time! That’s great!! You have the older jetting system. The new Fluidix jetting system has no moving parts and designed to last a lifetime for that exact reason. Maybe it’s time for an upgrade my friend. If you’re near me I would give you a reasonable value on trade. I like to show how long well built hot tubs last. Let me know. Thanks for watching

Hi Brian. Could you recommend a decent tub for myself. I only need a 3 person hot tub. Filtration, is important. Cold Canadian winters. Good jets. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles.

Good morning, I like a lot of different units and models but in my opinion I would consider one of these following units below Sundance Capri Hotspring Jetsetter Master Spas TS 6.2 I would check out the dealerships, make sure they handle they’re own service, sit in the models and make sure they’re comfortable. Feel the jets and know what you’re getting before making a final decision. They’re are some other good brands to consider as well. Thanks for watching. Hope this helps!

Question. In a salt system, if the salt is being turned into chlorine, you do understand that it is sodium chloride, not sodium bromide, correct?
@atlantahottubcenter3 жыл бұрын
Good afternoon, well there are two different types of salt systems using different salts. Sodium bromide systems which use sodium bromide to create bromine and sodium chloride systems which use sodium chlorine to create chlorine. The process is rather simple. The water is electrically charged, which splits the salt molecules and generates chlorine (Cl) or bromine (Br). A salt generator contains two different parts, the control board and the salt cell. The cell is the part that converts the salt into chlorine or bromine. Hope this helps!

More like $20/month to run a hot tub at least for our Jacuzzi J-370 for the past TWENTY years.

Good afternoon, I would agree that some of the older units are a little more expensive to run. Hope this helps!

How much usually is the lounge and can you ship and set up if not local
@atlantahottubcenter3 жыл бұрын
Good afternoon, we don’t offer any shipping but you should have a local dealer near you. There’s multiple lounge models. May I ask why your buying the hot tub? This will narrow it down to what series you should consider. Are you buying for Leisure? relaxation? Therapy? Parties? Etc.

Best thing you do is to say "what this means to you".....facts are meaningless unless they are specific to the customer

Heard about dream maker?
@atlantahottubcenter Жыл бұрын
Good morning. Dream Maker is a Florida based hot tub company. They specialize is rotomold hot tubs. Rotomold hot tubs usually last anywhere from 7 to 10 years depending on how well it’s maintained. The jetting normally isn’t as strong and servicing it can be an issue. I would spend some time sitting in one and feeling the jets. This is very important. I would ask them to show you how they plan to service it. I would make sure there’s a way to access the hot tub on all 4 sides. Dream Maker makes a reasonable rotomold hot tub if that’s what you’re looking to purchase. Furthermore, it really just depends what’s best for you and your family and why your purchasing. Hope this helps!

What does a hot tub like this weigh when full of water....?
@atlantahottubcenter3 жыл бұрын
Good morning, gallons for water the hot tub holds x 8 + the weight of the hot tub. Example, if the hot tub weighs 1000 pounds and holds 450 gallons of water, the hot tub would weigh approximately 4600 pounds. Hope this helps!

This month of February 2021, Sundance dealer tells me l can only get the Montclair in one color only and if l want a special color, my order will take 12 months or more .... this is insane as well as my previous message. Why so long to order a special color
@atlantahottubcenter3 жыл бұрын
Good afternoon, I enjoyed our conversation this afternoon in regards to the industry. Having hot tubs in stock is really all dealer driven specific like we talked about. This really depends on how much they ordered and when. This is really all across the board with different dealers of different brands. Right now it's really a good idea to contact your local dealer of the product your interested in to find out when it will be delivered. Hope this helps and talk soon

Hi Mike, Its actually true. I am in New York, and luckily the Sundance dealer in my area will have the tub I want coming in in May. All of the other dealers I went to Jacuzzi, Hot Springs, etc is a 6-8 month rate. Bull Frog is an 18 month rate. Basically with the pandemic everyone bought up hot tubs. Think about it, all of the people who would usually spend thousands on vacations, are not currently traveling and are basically building their oasis at home. I was so surprised. I am actually opening a commercial space up here, and luckily my buildout will take 3 months, so I have enough time for the tub to come in, but everyone is in the same boat. Just wanted to let you know I was definitely feeling your pain. I am happy I am going with a Sundance though, and had the time to do all the research. I hope this helps.

Same here. But luckily my local Bullfrog dealer had someone cancel their order on a R7. So I snatched it up. Only thing is that I didn't get to spec it myself but I'm quite happy with the setup I got. Plus, I can always interchange and buy different Jetpacks in the future. I got it 4 weeks ago and I've been using it 1 - 2 times a day! Love the Spa Life 😎 And thanks for your informative videos. I'm in NYC btw.. ✌🏻
