I picked this up for work. My last one was smaller kzbin.infoUgkxtD9aJ2m6GU-X1IChQxjn9l31K1A7Kpwj and cuter but the motor burned out within a few months. This one's footprint is a tad bigger but it still doesn't eat up a lot of desk space. Its size and shape blends into the background nicely. This has a good size water container so I don't need to refill more than once a week. I use filtered (not distilled) water because cleaning up after our hard water is tough at work. I like that this has several settings. It's also very quiet. (I have a silence naxi in the next cubicle.) It also hasn't left that terrible while powder, so far, that some humidifiers leave. Been using this for a month or so now and am very happy with my purchase.

Can I like your post 100,000 time? Thank you so much for the useful trick. I bought a new humidifier because the old one wasn’t steaming. I got the new one and the safety knob was in the box but I didn’t know what to use it for because I don’t remember seeing one in the old one. I plug it, the new one doesn’t also steam. Hmm so I came onto KZbin to find solution then I chanced on your video. After watching your video I went to pick that part, fixed in the new humidifier and viola it started working. The icing on the cake is I fix the safety knob on the old one and that is equally working now. Thank you so much for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My humidifier has stopped working; it doesn't make mist & the fan doesn't work, all that happens is an extremely quiet buzzing noise that you have to listen very hard to hear, when the power is on Would a failed oscillator stop the fan from working, or is the problem likely to be something else? Thanks in advance

Mine has recently reduced the amount of mist and I have cleaned it all out and no improvement so thought I may have to buy another one. Having read the questions and answers on amazon someone has same issue and the answer was to come to this video So terrific bit of online support/help there./ Thank you. Will see what happens after I do what you say. I don't have a manual Maybe it's in the box as I keep the boxes for some time after I buy in case it needs to go back for any reason.

@@mishalfarhat1694 Yes it did help but I bought another one same make and it;s much bigger.Then found the old one worked ok after descaling with vinegar. I heated the vinegar first and left it ages longer than they say. But periodically it packs up again and it's the lousy hard water here, I'm pretty sure of it.

It works without the overflow. I can't get it to work with the resivoir. The mist isn't coming out

the floater does not, control the water flow, its actually the sensor that stops the atomizer from running if there’s no water

Mine is literally stuck together. I cannot remove the top part to refill it. I have tried evreything from prying to banging it trying to break whatever seal is holding it together...., I am not sure what to do about it.

Floater should be the last thing that breaks. Usually, it is the piezo disc problem.

If it’s been a year or a little longer just reach out to the producer and they will send one for free. I had a crane stop working bough the disc inside and still not work so thought would try and reaching out and they made me take a few photos and cut the cord and sent me a brand new one back in mail and covered shipping that was at my house in 3 days.
