Thank you so much for this video! I've been climbing only for a couple of weeks now and I've already noticed that without a proper routine for antagonistic muscles I'll definitely injure myself in the future. Thanks!!

Arm raises can also be done in an circular fashion. Raise with your hand closer to your body. And lower slowly with the arm straight. I feel I can push my limit a bit more by doing this without risking over loading
