Searched "intermediate core workout" in youtube, and this was the second result that came. Turned out to be perfect for me. Some exercises were quite challenging and I will need to work my way up to them, but overall it's great for the next step in core routine. Also, it's 10min long which means can be done everyday, even on the busiest of days. Plus, the girl's normal, matter-of-fact voice is such a welcome change from all the other videos where the presenters squeak or scream and try to pretend theirs is the most amazing and fabulous workout ever to come through on this planet. 😅 Pls link/mention the soundtracks too, they were awesome.

I thought this wasn’t even going to break a sweat. I over-estimated my core strength. Definetly will be doing these every day for a couple of weeks. Thanks!

I’m a figure skater who is working on strengthening my legs and core because I stopped exercising for a while due to lack of motivation and a head cold that made me very tired. I didn’t realize how truly out of shape I was until I tried this video, excellent instructions and a great workout even though I struggled a lot. Thank you!!

Thank you for this workout! I've done this routine about 4 times a week and I felt like I could start progressing into the advanced one, which I managed to even complete few times. Too bad covid kept me from working out for more than 3 weeks.. starting from the scratch againg with this one.. I guess i get to enjoy the progress once again :D

Good core exercise, really gets a lot done in just 10 mins. Having only a 15 sec rest really ends up killing me by the time I do the second side plank! Need a bit extra rest then to complete!

I collapsed during both side plank/hip dips exercises because of my shoulders and even found the plank doable if it weren't for the shoulders. Freaking out a little, I never knew I was that ridiculously weak... I remember doing side planks easily, hopefully this is only caused by how hard I crushed yesterday??? Haha help
@TheClimbingNomads4 жыл бұрын
definitely from crushing hard! yes, the planks do grind on the shoulder muscles quite a bit, but I guess just think of it as a double exercise (toning abs and shoulders 😀)
@fuzz62634 жыл бұрын
@@TheClimbingNomads I can confirm it was from crushing hard! I'll be doing this workout a lot since my country is pretty much going back into lockdown...

After many weeks of doing this every other day, I still can't decide if I like or loathe your evil grin when you say v-sit 😈 Got to say though, the workout is working; I'm making clear progress on these specific core exercises but also feel a lot tighter on the rock so bravo on a vid well made 👏

Good workout. Regret doing it immediately after the beginner one! Might be a daft question but when do you exhale during leg raises, on the way up or down?
