This video describes the exercises to correct Anterior Pelvic Tilt which is a common condition leading to back pain, disc degeneration, knee pain, muscular strain and many others.
Anterior pelvic tilt is commonly seen in sedentary population and in obese population .it is a commonly seen postural abnormality which results due to muscular imbalance.
Exercises shown in this video are directed to correct this muscular imbalance and reverse this postural abnormality.

Sir, when I done thomas test my hip flexors are not tight but than also I am suffering from apt, so can I just do core, glutes, and back exercise

Performing 2-3 reps of hip flexors stretch will not result in hypermobility or cause any harm, on the other hand it would help to prevent tightness in near future, so i would recommend you to perform all the exercises 👍🏻

Expect to see the changes in 3-6 months but again it will depend on many factors like severity of problem, duration and all. I would suggest you to perform these 3-4 days a week regularly and not bother about time frame... Eventually u will get the results 👍🏻

It depends kitna severe hai, ap exercises regular week mai atleast 3 days krein. agar apka weight jada hai aur abdominal area par fat jada hai to weight loss bhi help krega. Core strengthening exercises aur weight loss dono helpful honge . Ye exercises kro, sath mai squats, lunges, hip thrust exercises ke 8-12 reps ke 3 sets har ek exercise ke add kro 👍🏻

Just do your regular workout and include these exercises in your routine for two days/week👍🏻 And also focus on strengthening your glutes, hamstring and core muscles and stretch your hip flexors muscles, you will get good results

Video mai jo exercises dikhai hain unko regular kro +squats (15 reps ke 2 sets) + lunges (15 reps ke 2 sets) kro, agar weight jada hai to 30 minutes week mai 5 din slow jogging kro, ho jaega tone muscles 👍🏻 aur diet mai protein jada lein

Lordosis spine ke niche wale portion mai yani lumbar spine Mai jo natural curve hota hai use kehte hain aur ye spine ka natural alignment hota hai, aur ye sbhi mai logo mai normally paya jata hai..... APT ke case mai ye curve badh jata hai, to jb ap APT ko correct krenge hyper lordosis apne aap correct ho jaega...

sir mein 18 year ka hu workout karta hu mujhe bhi same yahi prob hai kamar mein bhi bhut dard hota hai thodi der khada rehta hu yaa kuch saman uthata hu to sir kitne months mein yhe fix ho jaaega yaa doctor se consult karu please sir help me and sir mere gluts bhi weak nahi hai aur thode size mein bade bhi hai squats ki vajah se can you please help me sir

Neutral spine mai rakhe na ki poora andar, neutral spine ka matlab hota hai beech mai na puri round na puri andar, core muscles ko activate krke rakhein👍🏻

Expect to see the changes in 3-6 months but again it will depend on many factors like severity of problem, duration and all. I would suggest you to perform these 3-4 days a week regularly and not bother about time frame... Eventually u will get the results 👍🏻

Hard to tell without looking at it and without knowing the exact reasons behind it, but u should expect to see some change in 6-12 weeks👍🏻 this condition is such that u got to have patience with and perform exercises along with changes in your habits 👍🏻

Weight badhane ke liye jitni body ko jarurat hai usse jada 250-500 calories jada khae rojana.... 0.5 to 1 kg ek hafte mai vajan badh jaega.... Hafte mai 4-5 din exercises krein.... Protein ki matra khane mai badhae- eggs, dal, dry fruits, doodh, ankurit anaaj jaisi chizo ko khane mai add krein, 3 se 4 litre pani piye aur 8 ghnte ki nind lein👍🏻aisa krne se healthy weight gain hoga, tablets ya capsules ka prayog krne se bachein

Yes it can definitely straighten if it is due to muscular imbalance and if the cause is postural, I will soon post a video regarding that, the condition is called scoliosis.
