I hate those sorts of videos too, they seem... "low effort". I have over 20 hours of footage to sort through to find all the abilities and cut them out but I think its worth having those visual representations of the abilities and not just a looping gameplay section as I read off the names.

@@firedragon04 I really respect the amount of work you put into this. The audio and video edited intro wasn't overwhelming to the eyes nor ears, and I appreciate the more informative tone in your explanations vs. the over-the-top "extra" tones from other content creators.

@@dwei3045 I like fancy editing and graphics as much as the next guy but didn't want to overwhelm this video with it. Most of the time went into making the right hand side of the screen with the ability names look good - and each have the correct icon for them too. Thanks for your positive comments though, helps motivate me to keep making more :)

@@firedragon04 no, THANK YOU! Even if I was so ready to play a frost build and know I'm getting into a fire one... damn! Any tips? Like frost for group play and fire for solo could work?

@@Simo9204 Anthem is so flexible you can be multi-element or single element and still kick ass. I'd also say it depends what load out your group has, I was running with a full damage interceptor, a detonating ranger and a priming colossus. So I decided to go with one Priming and one Detonating ability to help out everyone. It's super satisfying to detonate with Burning Orb once your colossus buddy has ignited a full group of enemies with its flamethrower up close.

Stryder thanks :) I’ll totally do more content if people want it. One of my ideas for a quick video is just talking more in depth about the priming/detonating combo system as well as some of the useful tips I have for that mechanic. I’ve also began tracking all weapons in the game including masterwork and legendary versions so if people maybe want a video showing all the weapons, I could do that.

If you charge burning orb and then tap it again once you've released the initial blast, you can shoot another charged blast without charging, but I don't know if it's consistent, I've launched 3 charged shots consecutively and only charged the first one so idk

A useful addition to this would be an explanation of HOW each ability behaves. Eg, this one charges up, this one has multiple charges, this is a one-shot. That kinda thing :) We can kind of see this from the UI, except your graphics listing the ability names cover the UI sometimes:\

No. You can prime and detonate with any combination of elements and attacks.

It's Dave Lifits if you are playing on Xbox the “elemental abilities” activate by LB or RB focus seals will be RB and and Blast Seals will be used with LB. You cannot change your elemental powers while in mission or free play

It's a bug in the forge - it is still a primer if you equip it and go into a mission or freeplay and actually use it.

So from what ive seen so far interceptor has the most trash abilities. Every javelin has explosions rockets etc and interceptor just throws daggers and glaives that are not even vissible nor making any explosion for wow moments.
