He's absolutely correct everything the techniques he's talking about the condenser he talked about building and Using. the state of how things would be the psychological aspect the masses being helpless everythinghesaid is right. You make a still. An enclosed pot full of even ocean water over a fire with a pipe coming out to condense the steam back to water. Anthony described a similar thing at the end with a pot and a lid

The condensation method works perfectly fine with salt water, as well and, if using sunlight, you don’t need a fire. Surely, you wouldn’t argue that flood victims are suffering from a shortage of water.
