Trainers pay should be negotiated on a case by case basis between the fighter and the trainer untill they reach an amount theyre both happy with. Essentially, a trainer is an independant contractor thats being hired to do a job. Just like finding a plummer, or a brick layer for a job, you shouldnt be obligated to pay them a certain fee. Youll talk to multiple people decide who you think is best qualified, most reliable, and who represents best value for money!
