Good morning. God put it on my heart to give my family member what I have in storage. Clearing out this storage unit will put 140.00 dollars back into my savings. I want my God given home!

I'm starting a business and am about to be financially stable enough to start putting money into the market. My biggest question before I get started is: How do I know if the stock market is too high right now so should I wait for a downturn before investing? Or what type of stocks (ETF, Index Funds, Penny Stocks, High Yield Dividends, etc.) should I buy at different turns in the market?

I made a terrible mistake and sold all my 401K into cash when I lost about 12.5% of the portfolio last year, worrying the market would drop even more. Do you suggest I should buy VOO, VUG and SCHD all at once to go back to the market? What should I do now? Thank you!

This show is the biggest blessing. I found your channel and this community through Tim Ross and when I tell you the accountability you bring is amazing. I will be debt free and build generational wealth for me and my family and future wife!

you said, "I'm saving for my kids college fund and don't any have kids yet." That was it for me right there, everything I've been contemplating, that one comment hit me harder than anything else. I'm Selling my SUV I LOVE and my caddy car I hate to pay off all my debt and start saving for my kids futures and mine. Ill pay cash for some other used vehicle. Thank you for just being you and speaking the truth. We need it. Even when we are actually trying somethings just are put in a much realer perspective. Generational wealth is more important than anything else to me and God knew i needed to hear that comment and it would hit me harder than anything else.

I went from $700,000 in 2020 to $25,000 currently because I stopped working during covid. My spending is out of control and my life feels the same. I don’t know how I allowed myself to get into this situation but I did and I’ve got to get out and feel financially free. Do you believe in the FIRE principle? I have read about that recently as well. Overall just so thankful to have found your channel. I’m going to watch as many videos as I can today as I just found your channel and subscribed. Thank you for this! Also maybe you can do a section on relationships or who you like to listen to in that regard. I feel like finding a partner/husband in todays world feels impossible

Interesting stat. Black women went from being the fastest growing group in college education and had raised their individual incomes to over 100k (the average black family income is around 19k). This stat is from 2007. By 2011 black women had reduced that income to 25k and now rank lowest in almost every statistical category.

The average black family income IS NOT $19K. $19,000 is nothing. That is way too low.
@Koyasi78 Жыл бұрын
@@thinkforyourself9334 not only that, it's trending downward and expected to reach 0 by 2053. And half of that income is spent on a car. It's the most depressing stat ive read about our people. That single stat is the reason i started my own business. It's very much true and data that's easily found and sends a clear message: if we keep doing what we're doing we will be slaves once again.
@Koyasi78 Жыл бұрын
@@margaritapearson7047 not en masse and statistics say otherwise. Just like the lie of atlanta being black mecca. Atlanta has THE highest income disparity among blacks and whites in the nation. I'd rather tell the truth: as long as the black family is broken we race towards genocide.
